We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Anthony from North Valley Mechanical came by to check on our AC unit that wasn’t performing efficiently for few days. We were grateful for him because he was informative and did several things up on the roof running tests. He found few things and made adjustments. Also he went out of his way sharing tips to improve the air flow in our unit. If anything comes up in near future, we are sure to call for Anthony.

Rick, our tech, was on time, checked everything and went above and beyond just the regular a/c check. He wore protective gear, was a pleasure to deal with and even put our dogs at ease. We’re headed into summer with total confidence in our a/c units. If something should go wrong though we know exactly who to call for great service. .

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

We learned that we needed a new unit only a few weeks before the weather was going to get really hot.... I received quotes from big name companies and then I called Just Air LLC. The beginning to end experience was phenomenal. Danelle was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with setting up the appointment and answering questions. Even after the new unit was installed, she reached out to me to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! I called them because my circulation fan was not working properly on June 22nd. They said they need a special technician to come out and the soonest they can get me in is JULY 7th. So they expected me to have fan not properly functioning for 2 weeks. The office also said that diagnostics fees are waived. Thats why we went with Howard air since we didnt want to pay a 65 dollar service fee for them to just come out. What a scam.

Then it completely blows out, I call them again and they said they can come out tomorrow (Why didnt we just schedule it sooner if you can make it out tomorrow?) Well I consulted a friend and he gave me a price range to shoot for. Then Howard Air said the wheel is broken and that it will cost 668 dollars. One of my friends used to work with AC units and he said that to replace that should be 200-300 dollars.

I told the gentlemen from Howard Air we'll think about it. He said Okay but hes charging 88 dollars for a service call. My eyes popped. They made me wait 2 weeks and said no service fee yet they are charging me a service fee now when they diagnosed the problem? So is this a bait thing where they say no fee but then charge you an astronomical amount for work and then charge you a high service fee? What a scam these people are.

Jimmy from Arcadia Air came over my house to give me an estimate on 2 brand new AC units, as my old ones were 19 years old and breaking down. He gave me a very fair price to say the least. He is very professional, friendly and honest. I agreed to the terms and 3 days later his crew showed up at my house on time. They were just like Jimmy, friendly and professional. They installed my 2 units and showed me how to use the AC controller on the wall. They cleaned up everything from the installation as if they were never even at my house. Ever since the installation at the home, the AC works great and is efficient and saves me money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Keith

At 6 p.m., our air conditioner broke down. I looked up Goliath Mechanical on Google and gave them a call. Rexx, their tech, called to confirm about 45 minutes later and arrived before 7 p.m. I worked on our unit until around ten o'clock at night. All was excellent, from the initial call to the completed repair. I was really pleased with their operation. Many thanks to everyone at Goliath Mechanical!
