From the moment we called for a quote the staff was helpful and very professional. Our inspector was knowledgeable and patient answering our questions and concerns. The quote was complete at the time of the inspection and Jeremy explained the treatment in detail. On the day the work was complete the staff was on time, friendly and respectful. They explained any damage and what to expect from the treatment and how it will react to pets and our further home remodeling. We would highly recommend using Bill’s Pest Termite Control.

Stuart and Art - the dream team! We do service every other month, only outside and in the garage, for almost two years now after getting tired of seeing crickets in our house with our previous bug service who came every month. We have not seen a cricket inside, ever! And when we saw a scorpion once outside, they came the next day to respray, no charge, no questions asked - just getting the job done! Thank you!

As an out of state colleague of EcoForce, I would define them as very helpful, professional, and trust worthy. I personally use EcoForce heaters myself and they are great. They are a great alternative to the overpriced Quest, Temp-Air, or similar systems. Catch you guys at the next conference!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. Azex saved my wife and I from a horrible infestation of bedbugs. Most importantly, because of their methods and expertise they saved us from a RE-infestation of bed bugs (a VERY common problem). I called 8 different companies, got 3 home inspections and 5 different quotes before I chose Azex. No ones prices compared.

Dean Jenny, the Azex inspector, was by far the most thorough, patient, kind and helpful of the 3 inspectors who came to my home. I highly recommend him, his company, and the combination of heat treatment and chemical spray for bed bugs. We are 9 weeks out so far and have not seen anymore.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
