Best Residential And Commercial Air Conditioning Service in Phoenix AZ

Got scammed by these guys, my AC unit is leaking and needs replacement. They came out on a Saturday 100 bucks up front just for that, another 80 to access, and 110 to pretend to fix it.

Arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to explain everything. Frank was great.

Yesterday Aundre performed our semi-annual heating/air conditioning maintenance. He was prompt, very professional, and fixed a vibration in my attic that had been causing some noise. I hope he will be our technician in 6 months.

We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are up-selling us.

Benefit Air was very responsive from the start to end of the repair process. Their senior tech Chuck was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem with our system that was restricting air flow to two upstairs bedrooms. He also has made recommendations on proper preventive maintenance, including the use of the properly designed filters.

I highly recommend this company. When it is 111 degrees you cannot afford to chose the wrong AC company! You will also enjoy working with their amiable scheduler Anthony.

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff.
