On the hottest day of the year my AC kicked the bucket. I called Hays, and had the great pleasure of having Mike as my technician. He had finished a job near me, and was able to come to my home four hours ahead of my scheduled appointment.Mike is polite, professional, and best of all very good at his job. Within forty-five minutes he diagnosed my AC issue, made the repair, and quickly the 90 degree interior of my home was becoming a distant memory.I hope that I don't need to make any emergency calls for this kind of repair, but when I do, I will be calling Hays Heating & Cooling, and asking for Mike!

I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Had bad coil leak in our air handler and Matthew G. And Matt S. From SG Mechanical were right on time this morning with the needed part and performed that equipment switch out for us. Their GM Andy D. Provided a fair quote and we are so pleased we went with Andy’s suggestion rather than buying an entirely new a/c for a system that was only 6-years old.

We needed a new AC but they replaced all the parts and now it's running like new! King Mechanical, LLC was quick to help us with our needs. They also installed a new thermostat and it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, on time, inexpensive and fast!!!

New house so wanted to get things checked out before the winter time when we eventually start using the heater. Tech was on-time...super polite...and completed everything quickly while my family went about their business. He explained a couple things to me and luckily all looked good! I called many big names around Phoenix, I am sure you'd know who I am talking about just by seeing their trucks driving around. Neither of them could have anyone come out the same day and I am not going to be able to live in a 90 degree house with three dogs who were miserable and had no idea why they were. After frantically Google'ing AC people in Phoenix I came across these guys who answered the phone right away and said they would have a tech out in about 3 hours. They lied. He was there in about an hour! Took him about 3 minutes on the roof to determine the issue and they needed a part they couldn't get on a Sunday. I emailed them the next morning after a night of barely any sleep and got a response from Danielle immediately saying she was already on the phone with the parts company. When I replied to say thank you the next few minutes she emailed back saying they found the part and are on their way to get it. About 2 hours later they were on my roof fixing the unit, which is now blowing cold air on the disgustingly hot day. Well done, James, Danielle, and Bradly. Excellent and fast work! I will definitely recommend you next time someone says their AC is out and doesn't want to wait days to have someone come take a look!

From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. Stuart Myers quickly came out to replace a broken thermostat. Very efficient, professional and pleasant to work with.

We've used this company for our home and commercial properties. I've referred numerous friends and colleagues to them as well. Owners are amazing, rates are affordable and there isn't anything they can't fix. They've always done our yearly tune-ups and repairs also replaced large units in commercial building. I've worked with the owner Taps numerous times, he always shows up on time (even off-hours) and gets the job done right the first time, his employees are also top notch. I trust these people and will use them anytime I'm in need of heating or air repair/install.

I was very thorough when I set out to replace my 32 year old AC. I compared companies, based on advertising, recommendations, and and even a couple of trucks that I randomly passed while driving to work.

5 different companies across the spectrum. 4 of them were just trying to talk me into buying what they were selling. I went with Sun Tech because Jason wanted to teach me about whatever I was buying and why.

Everyone else just assumed that because I had to replace a 32 year old unit that all they had to do is show up. Jason and Sun Tech earned my respect and my business. Best decision I ever made.
