Best Residential Heating Installation in Phoenix AZ

The work was a roof replacement at our residence. The initial job walkdown was with MIck of RENCO. He was professional, knowledgeable and available for follow up questions even after the work initiated. The scope included both foam application and tile replacement. I was not present for the foam application, but I was present for the tile work. Jose is the production manager. He was available for phone calls and face-to-face at our house during the course of the work. He is very professional and answered all my questions just prior to and during the work. I came to understand that his father, Polo, was the senior member of the work crew. I spoke with him daily during the course of the work. He was very professional, and the crew did a quality job. The work was completed in a timely manner. RENCO gets my recommendation.

I am a professional remodeler. I have worked with hundreds of different sub contractors on thousands of different jobs. I have come to value and appreciate my great subcontractors more than they will ever know. Having said that Lyon's is my go to roofing company. They have such an organized process, are responsive, do what they say they are going to do, and their quality is excellent. If there is ever an issue (rarely) I can count on them to make it right quickly. They are everything I look for in a great subcontractor. Thanks Lyons - you rock!

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Called and left my name and number twice with the office girl who said she would pass my information to someone and never received a call back.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

They did a fantastic job on my 4 plex roof! I’d highly recommend!

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Jason was very fair with the bid to replace our 25 year old tile roof. He gave us a choice of what material we wanted and we went with the best. His crew showed up on time and worked hard for the 4 days they were there. I will definitely recommend Arizona Native Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

They did a good job, highly professional. Gave us a lot of information about what they were going to do, would highly recommend to family & friends.
