They were very friendly. I would choose your company's service next time. Last time they helped me to turn off the irrigation system which caused the water leaked into the backyard. The home warranty company doesn't cover for the irrigation system, so Miguel and Steven couldn't do anything else for me. But I appreciate their service, friendliness.

The Hays tech, Ideal showed up on time and what a great employee. He checked the attic, the heating and cooling registry and then the outside pump. He was efficient and friendly. All our questions were answered and the service was great. I hope to get himWhen we get another check up.

North Valley was amazing. We live in Canada, and the service tech was able to fix our AC the same day I called. What a great experience. We will inform our HOA of the wonderful service we received from North Valley!

HVAC Tech's Jarod, Brandon and Brody are amazing at what they do. Professional, polite and knowledgeable during the complete process of replacing our 2 AC units. A number of unexpected part and equipment malfunction challenges came up that they handled patiently and above all professionally . We were assigned Sun Tech from our warranty company. They notified us very quickly and had a tech out ASAP. Upon review, they were able to diagnose and tell us what was needed to make out unit run right. We got the estimate and a couple days later the work was done. The two installers we prompt, courteous and let us know everything that they would be doing. Our repair was done in the timeline that was quoted and our A/C fells like it is brand new.
Could not be happier with Sun Tech and we will for sure use them in the future.

Called for service thru home warranty and I Lucked Out with Pinion Air, quick response for heater repair, great with communication and knew what they were doing, Dial! Am in Real Estate and would recommend to family friends and clients, put them on speed dial!

Service tech was professional he was more interested in the work he needed to do then in trying to sell me stuff I didn't need made good recommendations and I thought that his advice was well given and well received by me I have his company on his recommendation coming in to give me a bid on a new system so maybe I'll get another chance to do another review if they end up installing the system for me but the service guy did a good job can't remember his name but kudos to you dude you're a great service guy
