Best Replace Heating in Phoenix AZ

My home warranty company sent a different plumber out to diagnose the problem. By the time we got them access to the shower valve they were booked a couple weeks out so my Home Warranty sent out this company. The plumber was on time, professional, actually just a very nice guy. He respected my home and my time. Most importantly, he took care of the repair that was needed

I called a contractors directory for a water heater issue and was given Hays and so happy I was!
Justin arrived and not only helped with my water heater issue but advised me and helped me with my air conditioner and heater too!

We previously had a good experience with a tech from Penguin Air two years ago. So when our AC started to experience problems this summer we called Penguin Air (Bad Mistake). The first service guy (Ryan Dayzie) comes out and installs a new compressor ($400) and signs us up for the service plan. After a month of the same problem persisting the second guy comes (Matthew Neidick) comes out and adds refrigerant ($600) and mentions a couple of times that we should probably replace our 6 year-old unit. The next day we call back because the same problem from a month ago continues to persist so the third guy comes out (Sky Lundburg) and tells me I should replace the unit without checking anything. He didn't go up into the attic or hook up any of his gear... he just made an educated opinion that our unit is too small and needs to be replaced. And gave me a quote for a new unit. So we called their competitor Parker and Sons and they came out and fixed the problem within 10 minutes ($200). Turns out the condensation line was clogged and needed to be cleaned so water didn't back up in the pan and trip the system.Penguin Air is a typical AZ Air conditioning company that tricks people into spending money on unnecessary work they don't need. They come out and sow confusion so you panic and pay them. The worst part is the front like they are a Christian company with American Flags flying in all of their pictures. As a Veteran of three combat tours, I would appreciate if they didn't use the American flag as marketing scheme. I will report my experience to the better business burial and google reviews.

Binh was our technician and he was extremely professional! He showed up on time and his inspection was very thorough! He explained the issues clearly and took care of the problems in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Binh, as well as Hobaica!

Steve from Desert Diamond came out to measure for a new A/C unit. He was friendly and professional. The reason I am leaving a 3 is because he added about an extra $400 to the initial quote. While its not much compared to the $13,000 unit I am having put in, it still makes me leery of signing a contract with DDM. The contract clearly states that I am liable for any and all necessary and unforeseen costs needed to complete the install. If they are going to add $400 here and $400 dollars there, who knows how much I will end up paying in the end. I am still on the fence about hiring them and am looking into other companies.

Ive used “Expert” five plus years after being referred to them. They have been professional, responsive and, most importantly, honest (no up-sales or phony repairs). Highly recommended!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

I have been using this company for years and will not go anywhere else. 10 out of 10.

I wish I could say that we had a good experience because everyone seemed so nice and helpful but please beware and always get a second opinion! The technician came out and was friendly, clean and did a thorough check of everything so all seemed well at this point. When time came to explain his findings he explained that almost everything on our only 5 year old system was not working properly. We were a bit confused and overwhelmed thinking we needed to spend over 5k to get our seemingly working unit up to par. After thinking it over we wanted a second opinion and called our home warranty company. Best decision we ever made! Their technician came out and said every was in working order and no repairs were necessary. Do yourself and your wallet favor get a second opinion.
