We knew very little about Penguin before Googling options to install a 220 outlet in our carport for an electric car charge point. From first contact, through quote and completing the job everyone we spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We had two technicians at our house and I felt as though they actually cared about our property and quality/safety. We will continue to use Penguin for as much as we can. As a Veteran family and fellow small business owners we are happy to have found such a reliable electrician.

I scheduled an appointment with this business to hook up electrical to a heat pump for our pool about a week ago. Gave them very specific details about the work and made sure they serviced the area I was in which is Queen Creek. Work is probably an hour for a decent electrician. Even received a confirmation of my appointment yesterday which I confirmed. Today I received a phone call from this company stating they do not service my area on the day of my appointment. Not that they couldn't make it out but they don't service the area at all despite their website specifically saying they service Queen Creek. The same area I made sure they serviced a week ago when I made the appointment as I've had this happen before. No effort made to maybe get somebody out or reschedule. Just a big giant FU. Lost a week waiting for this appointment when I could have went with someone else. Terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. My elderly mother needed a VERY large scope of work done including clearing roots and 60 years of buildup from her sewer lines, repairing all the damage from them and old pipe corrosion and replacing a cracked sink. Needless to say, on a fixed Social Security income, this was an extremely stressful and heartbreaking situation trying to figure out how we could manage this. Julian and Aaron went out to bid the project and these two gentlemen were exceptionally amazing. They spent 4.5 hours at her home making sure they were detailed, thorough and explained the scope of work in a way, even she, could understand. If that wasn't enough they then spent over an hour going through multiple finance companies until they found one that we could finance the entire project through which was truly a holiday miracle. They even took the time to help forward me all emails i needed since she insisted she didnt have email on her phone! These gentlemen were so patient and even laughing with us and genuinely seemed to care about the client not just getting the job. Then Skyler the project manager took the time to conference call me with them and my mother to go over all information, financing, etc. (I am the financial decision maker). I would highly recommend this company and they have earned a customer for life because of their patience and care during what was easily the most stressful situation yet I have faced being across the country and trying to coordinate repairs! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much Julian, Aaron and Skyler for EVERYTHING. You gentlemen exude the meaning of professionalism and caring!!!!!

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

I want to compliment Cactus Mechanical, Inc. They were at my home today for about 6 hours to install a new A/C unit. I live in Peoria and the home I am leasing is about 2400 square feet and has 2 units. The original unit had to replaced. The 2nd unit is only 4 years old. The original unit was as old as the home....20 years old. The realty company who handles my lease contracts Cactus, and I am very glad for that. The appointment was for 6:30 this morning. I had a truck there about 15 minutes early. Travis runs the crew and I greeted him. Minutes later 4 or 5 more trucks arrived. The crew was professional and extremely courteous. The attention to detail was impressive. They took care of the home like their own. When leaving, there was no mess at all. All of the crew was friendly. In the future, if I purchase a home, I know the company who will handle my heating and cooling issues. I also met one of the owners. Mark was at my home with his team. I told him personally how satisfied I was with the entire installation process. A great start to my weekend!!!! Great job!!!!

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

Their response time and installation was fast! Not to mention their price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anyone else that could beat them! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Juan from Benefit Air arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and focused on giving us an AC tune-up and coil cleaning. I was satisified with his work.

The repair was fine and reasonable.The Freon needed topped off but he would not do it because he said he needed to check for a Freon leak. It was only down 2 pounds in 5 years. Not much!So we just wanted to top off, but he wouldn’t do it. We feel they just wanted to charge us more.
