Dan V. provided plumbing services for us. He was prompt. He was clear in communicating with us. He came to our house at the appointed time, and did the work within the time allotted. He also told us about a couple of other minor items that he noticed that needed repair, and we also appreciate that. We were very pleased with Dan's service.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Called to have a rejuvenation done on my ac unit before summer. The tech got here and was here for 3 hours and there is nothing wrong with my unit, just wanted a cleaning. The tech was nice, but didnt know it would be a all day thing , be prepared to waste the whole day. Not happy. Plus tech was on phone asking for help, doesn't install confidence in me they know what is going on. UPDATE..now my unit doesn't work. She up there trying to figure what's going. Fantastic.

Temperature Pro helped me out when I was in need of some load calculations for an HVAC unit that was installed by another company. These calculations were required by the city to pass inspection yet my installer didn't have the program to give me this information. I contacted Temperature Pro and they came out the next day, did the calculations and had them to me in less than 24 hours so I could have them for our inspection. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Set up an appointment between 12pm and 6 pm! A 6 hour window! The tech calls at 5:35pm to tell us it would be another 40 minutes! Pretty much an entire day wasted! Customer service seems to be nonexistent!

Chris and Mike are very professional, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, communicative and punctual. They repaired our basement sump pump system in a timely manner, and in a way that we believe it should have originally been done by the Builder 17 years ago. Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. Our AC wasn't blowing any cold air and there was some ice around the lines. I called Five Star Air and Saul came to look at our unit, I couldn't lie to him and told him it's it's a while since I replaced my filter. We replaced the filter and since the unit was defrosting over night, he checked all the components and everything seemed withing range. These guys are great!
