Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. Finally a plumber I can trust! Thanks Ernie you’re our hero :)

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Have used Cooper's for many years, finally had it with them! They need to get with the times, as they only accept and sent out faxes & get irritated when the faxes get cut off. Receptionist is very short and rude and acts like your an inconvenience every time you call with a question. Check your invoice for double charges on locating the septic clean outs, this can be avoided by checking with county(which they should do anyway)but they'll tell you they didn't.

I haven’t used you but my neighbor is using you as I write this and what a professional group of guys on peach Tree dr.
I know owner is happy to get this Wk done. unfortunately previous owners didn’t disclose backup issue.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gabriel is a wonderful guy who came to help me with a drain issue. It was definitely an emergency with a pipe exposed. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful with resolving the issue. He helped me with info to prevent the issue from happening again and he was very fair. I know I can trust this company because of my experience. I called many plumbers and waited to see which would be the quickest. Gabriel called within 30 min and came to my house 10 min after he called. Just had Lupe replace plumbing outdoor/in garage that was leaking. Clean and quick work from him. Up front pricing and professional service. Tested water pressure to consider repair in future too. I would definitely recommend asking for Lupe for any work and I will be doing the same in the future. The service from him and the company is top notch.

We had a significant problem in our retail space, toilets were backing up, and water coming up in our break room. Our technician worked on it and worked on it until he got it resolved, which meant doing 500 feet down the line to ultimately clear it. Our plumber, Terrill, was super communicative at every step, when the problem wasn’t resolved after the first visit him mediately returned. He was outstanding.This was also the only plumbing organization in the area I could find to come out the same day. I would absolutely use them again

We have never used this company before but they were very nice and did a very thorough job. Very professional in there job and very courteous. Now was quoted a price on the phone and that's exactly what I paid which I felt was a great price, but notice it's about 50 bucks cheaper listed on hear, maybe I am reading it wrong or missed something. But steal would use there service for all my septic needs! A+
