We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. I used Pinon Air to replace my aging AC unit which was on it's last legs. They were recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their AC maintenance needs.

For the replacement, I was given several replacement units to choose from along with a recommendation for which would be best for my home. After choosing, I was given a date for the install. They were there on the installation date at the time they promised to be there.

The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done. They even took the time to go over the new thermostat that was replaced at the same time.

Yogi, the owner was very easy to work with and answered all questions that I had. I even had a cell phone number I could call or text with any issues. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly from the initial phone call to the company ( a young lady named Bri) to the repair tech (Brandon) who came out very quickly from making the call. Overall great experience with some minor inconveniences on install day:NOTE: Installation went very smooth!1. No one advised the testing of the AC, which left the AC running on a lower temperature which caused a period of time where I was left with discomfort. After a while, I anticipated, but would have loved the communication.2. Salesman promised me Auto Changeover thermostat, which was installed, but not setup to do so. According to Honeywell's website, the tech would need to set it up. Tech did not know what I was referring to when I tried to explain it, but I agreed to try out schedules which ultimately did not do what I wanted.Day of Cleaning:Everything was super clean and without disruption. Everything was put back and looks and feels awesome. Calvin went a step further when I asked him about the auto changeover which took him seconds and he showed me I could have set it up myself the whole time (despite Honeywell's instructions online). Calvin's team left me super satisfied and Calvin went the extra mile to help me out and I'm left a happy customer.EDIT:Removing 1 star. I had a number of issues with the AC heating properly into each morning. I called a number of times and was initially greeted with the whole spiel of AC defrosting, but I explained how what I was experiencing with the heat blowing cold for an hour or more far exceeded defrosting measures. After a number of techs (I believe it was 2) and pulling my hair out that I spent 11k on an AC install that was not working, the final tech, Nicholas H. came out and FINALLY fixed the issue. Apparently there was liquid that was installed and it was filled far more than it should be (can't remember exactly what liquid). This caused the AC to overwork and thus end up locked in cycle. Nicholas really came through for me, because I was looking at being pretty miserable with my purchase, but ever since then (it's been about a month+), things have been amazing. I love setting a schedule and being able to make on the fly adjustments with my phone. This was almost a flawless experience, but Nicholas H. really came through for me! Thanks Nick! :)

Above Par Was able to get our HVAC up and running like new! They were punctual and easy to work with. Would recommend them to friends!

Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

Matt did a good job...as far as I know. Friendly, courteous, worked in timely manner. Appreciate he noticed rattle in one of the vents and easily corrected it. Also put up my next filter as I've been unable due to a back injury injury.Dispatch could do better letting customer know ETA. It was 80 min from notification call to arrival as tech started out on the other side of the valley during rush hour. Same problem with other service companies though.

I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company.
