Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

We have used Alien AC several times now for our annual AC cleaning and check-up, as well as for duct and platform sealing. They have always been responsive, very fairly-priced, friendly and done quality work. One of their techs, Jeremy, in particular has been fantastic. (Request him if he's available!)

The compresser is bad, and they want $1,700 to repair it, customer service will make no exception for old people and in July. Even yelled it, please look around, I know there are better companies!

Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

Bob came yesterday to investigate a possible leak. He found that there is a leak but it is under the slab. Today Jake came to find exactly where the leak is and the pipes that need to be fixed. Both men were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skilled. We were given options on the scope of work that could be done and the price for each. We will determine the best option and move forward with Parker & Sons to get the issue corrected.

Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.
