I contacted multiple pool fence companies through their website and AZ Pool Fence responded right away, gave me a very accurate qoute over the phone and even accommodated one day installation only 3 days after I initially contacted them for a qoute! Everyone was incredibly kind and professional and I couldn't be happier with the product!! I am SO grateful !! I highly reccomend this company!

Vega Masonry installed a new row of blocks to my existing block wall and also installed concrete columns for an outdoor shower. Excellent service, great price and very trustworthy. Would definitely recommend and do business with again!

I don't like service companies. I don't like their goals, their charges, and their markup. They generally seem to turn a $100 part into a $500 bill.

Park Pro clearly isn't running a charity, but in the world of expensive gates, it's difficult to find someone who knows how the gates work. And the parts are typically not off of the shelf, so it's hard to trouble shoot it unless you have the parts and the expertise.

It's not a charity, it's a business. But, I'm giving them 5 stars because for a company this large they are responsive, honest, and while hardly cheap the markup is visible at perhaps 35% and the labor rates are basically fair for the quality of people that they put on the job.

I wish that there were someone cheaper and smaller (as in one guy and a truck) that I could use, but as big repair companies go they are pretty good.

The technician stunk to high heaven! I understand these guys are working out in the heat but they can carry Ax Body Spray and use it before meeting with customers. They came to my house on a Saturday and had to order a new spring system. They tentatively scheduled finishing the job Wednesday and said repeatedly someone would call me Monday morning to confirm if they could get the part by Wednesday. No one called so at 3 pm Monday I called Precision and was told they would check on it and call me back in a few minutes. No one called back so I called again Tuesday afternoon. I was told the part wasn't ordered until Tuesday and it takes 5 days to receive it. Why wasn't the part ordered on Monday morning? Why didn't the technician know the turn around time is 5 days since they order these spring systems often? Poor customer service in every way.

Sent emails and got no response. Useless.

Needed to share my experience with Fence Builders of Arizona for our Desert Mountain Home, we needed a quality wrought iron fence that looked good and kept the coyotes out of our yard, as we live backed up to the golf coarse. Armando came out and provided some creative ideas to keep the critters out, but still not loose the view. We love our fence and their team of installers are the best in the business. Thanks again!
