Allstate re-roofed our southern exposure roof which also supported the solar panels. They were the only company to work with an independent solar company to guarantee the roof with the solar stanchion inclusion. They worked with the solar company to ensure correct installation and then guaranteed the roof for 10 years. I recommend Allstate Roofing. They are professional in all aspects.

Brown roofing just completed a full re-roof for me. I received estimates from a few companies, most of which were pretty comparable. Brown was in the middle price-wise. I chose to go with Brown because I found Dean to be very informative and consultative throughout the process.
Often the cheapest companies will find a way to nickle and dime every bit of work beyond what the original estimated scope of work provided. Dean and Brown are not like that. While completing the work they noticed all kinds of things that were not apparent before the job started, and they fixed it all for me, and did so without going above the quote. They also did some other bigger things not originally quoted that I would have paid for, but they covered simply because this is a stand up company focused on quality.

The job itself took 3 days, which amazed me considering the size of my roof. Other companies estimated 7 days. Throughout the process they cleaned up everyday. I did not come home to any mess whatsoever during the construction process, and when the job was completed there was no debris whatsoever. They even left some extra tiles and told me if there is any storm damage or tile breakage for whatever reason to give them a call and they will swap it out for the duration of the warranty. Pretty awesome considering the warranty is meant to cover shoddy work, not damage do to natural causes or the neighborhood kid with a baseball.

I'm really thrilled with the work these guys did and I highly recommend.

Mikku and Sons recoated my flat roof. I was very pleased, but they weren't done. I was out of town a couple years later after some storms. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They worked with insurance and were able to recoat with even better material.
They also recently repaired some damage to tile roof sections over porches on my home.
I think them the best flat roof coating company in the Phoenix area, among other roofing capabilities.
Count me pleased.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Allstate Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
