These guys were great. They knew what they were doing and did everything as planned and at the agreed price. They even fixed some minor settings in the thermostat that were set at default by accident. No extra charge.

These guys are the BEST! They really responded fast and now I'm cool and that is what I love about them.

Firstly, BB called and arrived on time.He quickly inspected the equipment and the control panel .The system was restarted and the equipment outside was checked over - all was good.During all the inspections he explained what and why he was going through everything.He wasn’t satisfied with the monitoring reading.On testing all the house walls ( inside ) it was found that the wall temperatures were the same as or higher than the monitor panel.This house is 1960 vintage in an Historic Area and he felt that the attic space either had old or insufficient thermal protecting material.After climbing into the attic he found no heat protection and arranged with ACE to install the correct material on the 20th of this month.(He could have had this done earlier but delayed it at my request.)All in all BB did a magnificent job and is a credit to ACE!!Q

Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

I had to go through a few companies but these guys actually fixed my AC. Called, came, quoted a fair price. It was simple and straight forward. No games ... and that’s how I like it.

This company and the owners (who actually do the work - wow how refreshing!!) are amazing, very fair price excellent thorough workmanship and kept in communication the whole time on my job. Replaced my roof top units with split mini ac units and also ran some ducting and returns in my commercial building. I had them do some residential units for me as well because I was so pleased with their work. I would recommend Daniel and the guys to anyone and will definitely be using them again - Best in the valley forsure from my experience.

We used American Home for RO and Water Softener. They have done quality work - always. Today we noticed our RO had very little pressure. Louis came out the same day and knew right away we needed a new tank. The original tank lasted 5 years. He was here 30 minutes. Filters were changed, new tank installed and Louis was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to everyone.

we purchased a unit from them in October 2014.
the experience was great and the person that came out to the house was very knowledgeable.
he gave us three choices and he knew the differences between the units and was able to discuss
pro's and con's of all three units.
the price was very competitive and well explained.
on the day of installation things went very well considering the house was configured for a smaller unit.
there some small problems in the beginning but on each occasion a tech arrived in only a couple of hours. and was able to trouble shoot what happened and fix each problem.
since then the system has worked perfectly.
not only does the house cool very well now but I have saved some $100.00 a month in utility bills.
they also explained to the advantages of a second register and they were right on target
the house cools better and more evenly.
I also really like the computerized thermostat as I can program in the temp and it cools to that temp
without me having to adjust it. it even has a cool app for ones cell phone.
this is a great company made up of quality individuals that are knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an a/c unit or simply service on an existing unit.
again great company and great to do business with. i would give this company five star rating

They were very professional and nice. They told me everything they were going to do and then after told me everything they seen. They did not pressure me into a service that was not needed like some of the other places. I will definitely use them again.
