Matthew Neidich came by and checked our issues we were having with our AC and furnace. He was very thorough in his explanation of the equipment and pricing. We have used Penguin before for our commercial space and we’re very pleased with them. Matthew went above and beyond to inform us of what was being done and how they priced the equipment. I would highly recommend Matthew and Penguin.

We used Matt for a repair on our HVAC system, and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional, efficient and saved us from having to spend a ton of money on a new unit. We also used Travis to unclog our bathroom sink (bless him), and he got the job done quickly. I trust these two for all our home repair needs!

Jeff came at the agreed time. Very informative of the work he did. Professional in what he did. I told him the last HVAC company recommended a surge protector and asked him about it. He was frank and said I didn’t need it because my system does not have a circuit board to protect. That’s how old my Ac unit is I guess. But a dishonest tech would have agreed with that looking for more business. That goes a long way for me. Lastly He also emailed me a 2 year plan as an option if I was up for it. No sales pressure. Just whenever.

Our furnace was not working properly and we needed an HVAC contractor since our previous one retired. We found Expert HVAC through our remodeling contractor and we are so thankful. They are affordable and knowledgeable and helped educate us on our unit. I will be recommending them to our friends and neighbor.

Review of Connor’s plumbing work and evaluation shows he did an excellent job. He emptied my water heater and checked for any problems. He then went from room to room in which there was an outlet for water. There was a loud thumping noise and he figured it came from my toilet and promptly fixed it. He tested my water from both my sink and my refrigerator which has filters. He explained everything I asked questions about with humor and intelligence. It was a great experience! Susan Rhuart

Amazing service. They came over next day after an evening call that my air conditioning stopped working. Quickly assessed the issue and fixed my AC within an hour. These guys were super friendly and efficient. Best part was they didn't over charge and even offered troubleshooting and maintenance advice.

The team at SG Mechanical is professional and prompt. They have provided exceptional service for our AC system year over year. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

My air stopped working late at night and I called a few companies. I called one hour air and the guy was rude, so I called George Brazil and it was an answering service who could not give me any info. My last call was Just Air and I talked to someone immediately. He answered my questions about price and I scheduled a service call for the next day. The two techs showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They had to replace a (resistor thingy?) and added a pound of coolant. The service call was less than 45 minutes and my air works perfectly now. It is a very old unit and I am sure they could have told me it needed to be replaced, but they did what was necessary and did not gouge me for more $. AC repair is not cheap so you need to be able to trust the company. These guys have earned my trust and I would not consider using any other company.
