My AC has been causing me problems this summer. Intermittently blowing cool and then hot air. Richard came out first thing in the morning on our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even take my $ when i tried to tip. Thank you Hays! And thank you Richard!

I purchased a brand new air conditioning unit. The new unit went out several times. What a nightmare. They have come out to repair the unit 14 times and I have asked for a callback from a manager and he won’t return my call. There is dust blowing out of my vents and the unit is still not cooling or heating properly or evenly.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

After years of enduring mediocre service from other companies, I decided to try Hobaica for AC service. Technician Brandon arrived on time, and was very professional, personable and competent. All those 5 star reviews obviously reflect a well-run company where customer service is a high priority.

I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.

Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Very honest and reliable!

I have been using ACE home services for my heat pump maintenance and repair. Based on my maintenance check it was clear I needed to replace my 12 year old heat pump.
