I was very pleased when the technician arrived early, and was neat, friendly and proved efficient.I had two fixes: a toilet that needed a wax ring replaced; a leaky bathroom sink faucet that needed the internal valve and seal replaced.After inspecting, he configured a quote for the work to be done. He estimated the work at just over $600.00, which struck me as excessive.I asked what their hourly rate was, and he said $499.00 per hour!Having dealt with these leaks for a few days due to this occurring over the Christmas holidays, I just wanted them fixed, so I had him proceed.He did a good job and completed the jobs in less than an hour.I realize I could have rejected their quote and sought other plumbers for these jobs. I am not seeking a refund, I am just advising that others could benefit by knowing that the hourly rate they charge is wildly excessive and actually the highest hourly rate I’ve ever heard of for plumbers.Proceed with caution!

Henry arrived according to his estimated arrival time and performed his duties with professionalism and thoroughness. He explained and documented his services very well and was able to explain how my thermostat works in a way I finally understood! Excellent quality service with a smile!

Brandon re-arranged our breakers to provide the most efficient and safe use for our changing needs. Had to install a new outlet in a new spot on the wall and there was Absolutely no mess left behind. Im impressed with his knowledge above and beyond what we expected. Very polite as well. I would recommend Tucker to everyone. Great company.

sometimes it is hard to get right handyman service. I just found this company came out right away and fixed right with reasonable service.
I will use this company again.

Patrick Wardein checked my air conditioner. He saw that it needed cleaning, and he cleaned it. He showed me before and after pictures of the air conditioner, and he did a good job cleaning it. The 5-star rating is for Patrick. However, the fee of over $900 was exorbitant for a cleaning that took 1-1/2 hours, so I will no longer be using Parker Brothers to service my air conditioner.
