I had an emergency plumbing situation this evening and David Monroe came to the rescue! Let me tell you how great David was---- he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! I'm ALL ABOUT great customer service and David takes the cake on this one! He even remembered stuff about my family when he was here 1.5 years ago! ---- how personable is that?--- Super impressive indeed! I'm more than satisfied with the service that David provided. We called Hays Cooling & Heating to address an issue we were having in my daughter's bedroom. Jerry arrived at our house an hour early!! He was professional and fixed the problem. He was very professional and I appreciate that he explained everything he did.

We contacted Penguin Air after our AC unit stopped working. Nathan was our technician and was very polite and courteous. He arrived on-time and immediately started to identify what was going on. Once he identified what was going on he thoroughly explained our options and then proceeded to get the unit working again. We were pleased with both Penguin Air and Nathan to the point we recommended them to our next door neighbor who was also having issues with his AC. Thank you Nathan for taking care of us.

Scott and a helper (name escapes me) were on our roof a short time, but obviously knew what they were doing. It was just a heart beat or two and I could feel the warm air coming into my office. It was free of outside smells and appeared to be working properly. The two men came inside again and spent time at the thermostat. All was good and I appreciated Scott slipping on covers over his shoes. The helper remained on the rug at the door. Both are appreciated with my smile.

After hearing the original charge, a discussion was created with all participating and we received a senior discount and perhaps a LONG TIME CUSTOMER recognition. It was quite pleasant to save some money. Jack and I found Scott informative with what he did and he answered each question with confidence and even used his phone as a double checking device.

It is with confidence that we will recommend Hobaica to friends and neighbors and mention Scott K.'s name. We have been a customer of Hobaica back when the office was located on 27th Avenue just north of Glendale Avenue. Would not even attempt to have someone else come in.

Both Steven and Daniel, the trainee, were very courteous. Their professionalism was impeccable. Their manners and willingness to listen to me with my minor concern displayed the type of service men they are and will be. I found it interesting to watch Steven as he explained things to Daniel. He did it quietly and with respect for both Daniel and me. They were here to check the A/C and did so explaining the dust issue and how clean it up and what I could do in the future. They installed some screws to take care of the rattle of a panel that vibrated. I have heard that noise, but had not mentioned it to them. I sincerely appreciate them respecting my request regarding my dog and not handing me anything. The dog is a dear family pet, but you never know when someone new comes into the home what the reaction might be. It was obvious that these two gentlemen were just that gentlemen and certainly not a threat to me. I have recommended Hobaica to neighbors and friends when asked. It just so happens that one of those recommendations recently chose Hobaica to replace a unit on a backyard office/guest house. The conversation turned to the plumbing services Hobaica offers and I shared about how long the water takes to get hot when turned on in the shower or kitchen. Steven explained about a device can be placed on the farthest faucet that recirculates the water and I would have hot water in a flash. This is something I will be discussing soon. I will not hesitate to recommend Hobaica for A/C services and due to the high quality of service provided, I would recommend a friend investigate their other services. North Valley Mechanical is great. Brett is an awesome technician who is excellent at diagnosing and fixing problems. He is very professional, courteous, and works quickly to get the job done. I always prefer to use North Valley Mechanical for my rental properties and home.

This company is top notch. I took a chance after seeing their coupon in the Valpak, and definitely did not regret my decision to use them. When my AC broke they came the next day to fix the issue, unfortunately for me I got another leak a week later. One of their techs came out to assess the situation, and see what was happening and to check if the fix was still under warranty. It wasn't, but he was very honest about the options and gave me the best deal possible. They never tried to force the sale on me, or make me purchase something I didn't need. And when I did decide to purchase a new unit with them, they were nice enough put my original payment towards the purchase of the new unit to try and save me some money. They perform quality work, in a timely manner, and they clearly care about satisfying their customers. I highly recommend Desert Diamond if you have any AC issues.

First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

We had Goettl install an air conditioner yesterday, 10/8/22. They did a meticulous job. Our technicians were Victor and Robert, two very talented technicians, I appreciate the attention to detail. Last night was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while, the house was nice and chilly. I love my new Goettl air conditioner.

Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. Father and Son team, Mike and Tim, stuck with it until they figured it out and rather quickly I might add. Top notch service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Not only do these guys offer great products but they have exemplary service as well. I've called them several times for help with my Mitsubishi mini split ACs. All but one time they were able to help me out over the phone for free. They are kind, caring small business owners. I highly recommend them!

When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.
