Today was the second time I had True View out to repair my windows. They've replaced the balancers on a couple windows now and I'm so impressed with their service. Getting a quote and scheduling the repair is easy and everything was made very clear to me. Today Victor came and completed the repair and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and professional. Victor completed the work quickly and explained everything. There were no surprises. I'm very happy with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend True View to anyone.

There’s a very good reason reason why this guy has a five star rating with that many reviews. He’s honest and straightforward. Too bad he doesn’t service our area otherwise we would’ve absolutely going with him.

I highly recommend Valleywide Glass for any home window replacements. I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days after sizing, ordering, and installation. The windows look amazing and function great! John was really helpful when discussing options and with scheduling and his field team of Juan and John run a really smooth and efficient installation. The price was very reasonable and fair and Valleywide did not require a minimum of three window replacements to make the trip as some other companies mandate. Thanks, Valleywide Glass!

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

Impressive. Our installers were on time, diligent and courteous. The product is truly superior and high end. We looked for replacement windows for a long time and I felt let down with the high maintenance of wood and cheapness of vinyl. Aluminum was what I thought was the most sturdy and effective but with the heat transference, that was problematic. Enter GLASS FIBER extrusion.

Opt for the Awning and or Casement upgrade which is WELL WORTH it! We used to have a slider with the center post and thought none the less of it until Greg the owner explained to us how the awning would transform the view and it did!! Could not be happier.

On the inside it is as if there was no cutting or installation done other than the new windows and outside was far less cutting onto existing stucco than I'd anticipated. Very clean and professional look.

Lastly price. Well... you get what you pay for right? BUT!! The price was less than I'd expected so my wife and I could not be more happy.

As a consumer we all try to get the most out of the dollars we invest and hope to garner more value than the price paid. Most of the time companies fall short but these guys have exceeded our expectations.

What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. I had windows put in, it was done fast and efficient. Jason was very nice and cleaned up when he was done.

Great work at a fair price. We did a master shower remodel and this glass finished off the shower wall to the room. They were prompt and courteous and had the glass installed in minutes.

As a homeowner remodeling your home is always a challenge, especially when you take on the roll of general contractor and have to deal with suppliers. Everyone at Lasting Impressions from my sales representative, billing department and delivery were great. Ordered sliding glass doors back in March of 2021, the company said they would notify me when the doors arrive which would take 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of May 2021 to check the status and the company told me the doors were in. I never received a call from Universal Windows saying my door was in. I called to have the door installed the first week of May 2021 and spoke to Cody. Cody told me he would install the doors on May 10,2021 and would be at my residence around 2-3 pm. It was 3;30 pm when I called and Cody said he would not be able to install my door today. I took off of work to be there so they can install the door. Now Cody is saying 2 weeks out well see if that gets done.

I then spoke to John the manager and told him and he said there was nothing he can do but take off $100 off the back end of the bill. So I lose more money by taking the day off and he is only going to give me $100 dollars.

This company seems to be very shady I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM . They have very poor customer service. I would leave 0 starts if I could. My next review will be the installation if they ever decide to come. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
