Called APES and they had a technique out ASAP. David Monroe was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it right then and there. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend them!

I decided to call Hays based upon Yelp and Google reviews. I'm glad that I did. They are a very professional company. I was surprised when my AC went out in the 119 summer temps that they could come out the next evening, much sooner than any other company. Thad was to be here between 5-8pm and I got a call telling me he was running late and it would be the latter part of his time fram when he would be here. What?! A phone call? Who does that? It was only 7pm when he arrived and I had a 40 minute call ahead from Thad when he was on his way. Unfortunately he only had one part I needed on his truck and it was after 8pm so he had to return the next day but their prices are competitive and I got a discount because I signed up for the biannual checkups and they waived the service call. Hays is the way to go. Thad gets 5 stars also and should be recognized by Hays for his professionalism and performance. They are lucky to have him as a representative for their company.

The phone reps were so friendly and accommodating! It was actually a fun call, which is rare when needing plumbing repair. Gino was so professional and friendly, he did a fantastic job and was so tolerant of my situation and urgency of the repair. Cannot recommend enough!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Some of the best customer service that I've received in recent memory! The tech was polite, professional and timely.More impressive though was that when my air handler went out on a Friday after closing and after they had just ordered the part I needed, I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday letting them know that it had completely stopped working. Even though they were closed, I received a text message within an hour of my voicemail with an update and estimate of when I would hear from them on Monday. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to update me on the part arrival.I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them just based upon their quality work and customer service alone!

We just had Rocky come out and perform an annual tune-up on our Trane unit, that Desert Diamond Mechanical installed in July of 2016. Rocky did a very thorough job and gave me an idea and estimate on how to get our unit to cool one room in our house more efficiently. All of our interactions with Desert Diamond have been excellent as they explain what they are doing and what may need to be done. I appreciate the fact that they give the customer a chance to ask questions. So far we have had Rocky, Steve, and Cody for technicians and they have all been excellent!

*Update* April 2021, HVAC unit blew two breakers.
It appeared to be the 'hard start' failing. Mike came prepared with the right parts to get the job done and get the unit back up and running. This is our 11th year with Gabe and we're always happy.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

Timothy the service person that service my air conditioner did a very good job was very professional cleaned up showed me everything took pictures of before and after I didn’t have to go on the roof but I could see what he was doing and everything works very good it’s been three days and I really appreciate the work.
