Best Repair Service in Phoenix AZ

We recently bought a house and called Simple Electric to fix an outside pump switch. The service from start to finish was top notch. The woman from customer service was pleasant, professional and courteous. And unlike most companies, they do not charge a fee just to show up at your door, which, in my opinion, shows integrity.  The day of the appointment went just as well as the service call. Jacob, the technician, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. It ended up that the switch was not broken and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Simple Electric,  for being an honest company. We will be using you again for our future renovation projects.

I bought a house and needed a few things done - check all outlets, move some of the switches, get fans installed in all rooms and install a light over the kitchen island. Star Light did a great job at all this. From the first call to them they’ve been super customer friendly and flexible. Showed up on time and completed all jobs quickly. Everything is working great now and I have no issues with any electrical items in the house.

The job scope was to add a new circuit from the breaker box to my home office in two places. John, the electrician, was exceptional. He was able to overcome some of the logistic placement challenges and perform the scope of work that I required. I have already recommended Mr. Electric to a friend and plan to have them back for another job later this month. John, had the professionalism, patience and understanding to make this job a success. Kevin is an amazing guy who helped me with my broken GFCI. Half of my outlets weren't working in my kitchen and he was very helpful and was able to figure out what was wrong pretty quickly. He is very friendly, sweet, and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I was in the market for landscape lighting to be installed in my front and backyard. After interviewing a few electrical companies, I decided that Arizona Electrical Solutions was the right company for the job. They came to the house and gave me a free evaluation, offering suggestions about the best products to use and the best placement for my lighting. They presented me with several lighting product options. I was impressed that each product presented to me seemed to be of a higher quality. Finally I decided on the Vista spot and path lights. Their crew started the install and completed it the same day. The lighting looks spectacular and was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I never felt as if I was being oversold on the products or the install. I would definitely use this company again!

Dave was great, he came out on a Tuesday, listened to what I wanted, and said he would email me a quote... I got the quote later that night, accepted the quote and he came out the next day and was done in just a few hours. I got two new security lights for my for my back and side yard (where there were none) and he got my exterior electrical outlet working that hadn't worked since I'd moved in almost 4 years ago.

I will definitely use him again the next time I have a problem or update in my electrical system.

From the initial phone call to the completion of this 2 day MAJOR project, John was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a top notch electrician. My pool wiring was completely fried from the panel to the breaker box, 100' or more. Initially we thought the kool deck & patio would have to be demoed to reach the wiring. John found an acceptable & up to code solution. The work has far exceeded my expectations & the pool is up a running again.

Set up by a super quick phone call and got the work done I needed in a day (2 car chargers in the garage). Whenever I need anything else done, I won't hesitate to use this company!

I ordered a desk lamp over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I've called and all their operators were busy. I called later after they closed and was directed to the voice mail; well that was full and could not take any more calls. I'm thinking this company is a shame, they got my money and are not taking any effort to take care of their customers. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Phoenix, Arizona.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with them.

We woke to a Friday morning with weird lighting fluctuations. I checked the service panel to find a burning smell and melted bus bar under AC breaker. Since bus bar was melted, I contacted SRP who provided some certified electrical companies and we decided to give Phoenix Contracting Services a call. Jeff showed up the same day to provide a full diagnose of the issue. He pointed out that the main breaker was also showing signs of burning in addition to the burnt breaker / bus bar I had seen. Jeff indicated based on age of home along with these two factors, we’d need a complete service panel replacement. I was concerned as we were going into a long holiday weekend and our home was only partially powered. Thankfully the weather going into weekend was going into cool down so we didn’t need AC. Jeff walked me through all the steps to complete the job and got the ball moving quickly by getting permit, requesting Blue Stake services, inspections and working with SRP for power disconnect / reconnects. Jeff and his team completed the work very fast with only minimal total power outage. His crew was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jeff even added an additional garage circuit for my tools which I’d wanted for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for your electrical needs.

You don't run into companies like this one often. One of my friends down the street owns a yoga studio and has run into issues with the electrical system. She called an electrician and they wanted 7,000 for the job. I told her to get a second opinion and gave her Wahlborg's number. He came in and fixed the problem for less than 300 dollars. She then called me to say thank you for giving her AJ's number. This is the type of company that's honest and is there to take care of the customer. In this day and age that's tough to find.
