I would stay FAR FAR away from this company unless you have money to throw away. Last year after I had moved into my new home, I brought Penguin in to quote a water softener system. The tech tried to push me to purchase a hotel quality water heater for $6,000, even though my Rinnai tankless was a month old. They also wanted to charge an absurd amount for the water softener system. I found another company that did it for half the price and didn't try to push any unnecessary products on me.I was compelled to write this review after some friends recently had their A/C go out and had Penguin come out (based on the great reviews) and were told they'd need to spend over $13,000 for a new AC & installation, only to find a different company that fixed the unit for about $200.It seems like this business focuses on selling you a new product rather than attempt to fix what you have first. If you do contact Penguin, I would get another opinion or two before forking over your cash.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Amigo means friend and you DEFINITELY have a friend in Amigo Plumbing. Santos my technician installed my kitchen faucet in under an hour. He was AWESOME!

A previous plumbing company sent by myw company said they would have to cut a hole in my cabinet or remove my kitchen cabinet. And then after waiting a month they said they could not do the work.

On more than one occasion I have had client be told by other HVAC contractors that they need a very expensive new system. After telling my clients to call Expert HVAC they were happy to find only some repairs were in order. If they did opt for a new system the pricing was very competitive.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. Rapid response when needed

Long story short, our a/c unit that was 32 years old went out on us in the AZ summer. We then tried to work with home warranty without any luck. 7 days with no air and it was 90+ degrees comfortably in the house lol. Day 5 we called A&M mechanical spoke with Amy and within 2 days we where having a brand new unit installed!!!! Amy & Mark answered all of our crazy questions, got us financed, and that was it. They did such a great job we highly recommend A&M for any HVAC needs! They really went above and beyond, Thank you so much ? So glad we found them!

I have been using them since my sister who is in real-estate recommended them. Evetime i needed service or an unit replacement they gave me good fair price with quality work. EVERY place in the valley seems to want to charge you high premiums to make the most profit. Sun devil seems to want to be the company every man can afford. On top of that they do great work at a great work on a great price and they always seem like they are in a hurry to help you. You guys get my continues business for now.

SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend SG Mechanical and recommend that you ask for Kyle!

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
