Excellent professional service. Ashley in the office was very helpful and did her very best scheduling my repair as quickly as possible. Mitch did an excellent job installing a new line. Great people to deal with, they are all friendly and professional. They are the go to electricians in my opinion in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

One of your T&K Electrics Truck drivers was speeding down our street in the west valley. The driver was speeding eastbound on Remuda Dr, Peoria. I whistled then yelled as he past by. The vehicle's windows were down and I didn't hear any music. But he was clearing speeding. The driver didn't even slow down for a drainage valley that crosses the road. There were two kids a few houses from me playing in their driveway. The mother stepped out of the garage with her hands up in disbelief. The driver had a beard and was driving well beyond the legal residential limits.

Over priced for a simple wiring for 2 outside lights and motion light. Quoted 975 bucks found someone for 400 bucks. Will not refer over priced for very little work.

TIO sold me a very expensive smoke alarm system (Google Nest), which never worked properly. They installed four alarms. The primary alarm was in my bedroom. About two weeks after installation it started to chirp and could not be shut off. I called TIO but because it was a Monday they said they couldn't get a technician to me until Wednesday. That was annoying enough, but because it was so loud and in my bedroom there was no way I could sleep there, (I have a small house and could hear it clearly wherever I was, which is of course the point of having a smoke alarm), so I was forced to stay at a friend's house. The tech, Jose, came on Wednesday, worked on it and said it was fixed. About two weeks later the alarm started chirping again. Again, they said no tech was available until three days later. Again, I had to stay with a friend so I could get some sleep. This time Jose took the alarms to send back to the manufacturer to be examined, and installed some temporary Kidde alarms while the Google Nest alarms were being examined. Jose clearly did not believe that the alarms were chirping. Right, like I have nothing better to do with my life than make up stories about malfunctioning smoke alarms. Months passed. When they were returned to TIO, Jose was scheduled to come back to my house and install them. But there was yet another problem. The alarms could not be installed because of some technical difficulty with the Nest app, which was required to get the alarms to function. After numerous tries, it became apparent that the Google Nest smoke alarms were not going to work. I asked if I could keep the Kidde alarms and be refunded the difference, but Jose told me no because TIO could not accept the return of used alarms. Well, I can't use them either, so now I am stuck with four expensive, useless pieces of junk. I responded twice to their email asking about my experience and asked to be contacted, but of course they never replied. I would not advise using TIO. They ripped me off for several thousand dollars and do not stand behind the products they sell and will ignore you if you try to contact them about it.

David (Owner) was professional, very nice, knows his job! Fair priced. We have had several electricians out here and problem was still there, and David was able to find and fix problem with our kitchen lights in one hour. Would highly recommend and we plan on using him again!!

I called John 20 minutes before his 4:30 closing. He said he would stop by early-evening the next day. He showed up around 3 hours earlier. We discussed the problem as my water heater quit. He explained the problem & what it would take to repair, how long and cost. The unit was old, & possibly hard to replace parts, but he would try locate immediately before stores closed. He returned in no time, replaced the new part & added a new timer I requested. He was on time, prompt, professional, sincere, genuine, and honest. From now on he is my go-to-electrician! You couldn't ask for a better electrician! And... you know how a person usually shakes as what it is going to cost to hire an ELECTRICIAN? Well, John was EXTREMELY FAIR with his labor charge. I am elderly, retired and partially handicapped and the season was pre-Christmas so he was swamped. However, he made me a priority & I am truly grateful! Have a wonderful, happy, safe and most glorious Holiday Season, John, you deserve it! THANK YOU!

Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the electricity in the Garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater, so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service was top notch. We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electric issues in the future.

This review is late in coming...In September 2014 Joe and Daryl (Yogi and Booboo) came out to replace our water heater (1988 Montgomery Ward). Living in a mobile home, with limited space for a water heater, Joe had to get a small water heater. He also assisted with getting a water restoration team out to assist with the water damage that happened. Their positive attitude made a stressful situation manageable. Due to the water damage to the water heater closet the water heater was placed in the driveway next to the home. This would allow us time to have the repairs completed due to the water damage.Yogi returned in December to install the water heater into the water heater closet. After informing him of the issues with the water restoration company, Joe ensured that our concerns with the water restoration company were relayed to the George Brazil management team. Joe’s extra effort to ensure we were happy is greatly appreciated. Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
