I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. I will definitely be using again for my HVAC and possibly plumbing needs!

We have been using Hays for several years for our HVAC and have been very pleased. This is the first time we have used them for plumbing issues and were equally as pleased with Jarod and Adam when them came out this week. We had a faucet issue and they checked all our plumbing and immediately found the issue. We were in need of a new water softener. They were able to get a new water softener and install it within hours. They both were very prompt, professional and polite. We highly recommend Jarod, Adam and Hays!

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Alex was our tech. He was very knowledgeable. He only suggested what we really needed. He wasn’t pushy. I like that he took video of our AC unit while he was testing the capacitor. He also showed us the video after her replaced it. Would absolutely recommend.

It took a couple weeks to get the appointment so they must be busy, but once Mario came out they were professional and he knew exactly what to do and where to go to service my unit. He said it was functioning fine, was upgraded to 410a in 2014 and pressured and temps were OK. I bought the year plan which gets me another inspection within one year.

i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

The employee's were professional and friendly when we had our New AC installed. They made sure the ducts/vents were good at installment. Maintenance is never an issue and Kevin shows up early or on time. We swapped out the thermostat that came with the New AC system, however could not figure out how to use it. Although the company did not install or sell it. They were still willing to come and help the best they could on figuring out how to connect it. Any concerns I have had, they have been prompt on coming to help and explain my confusion. lol

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure.
