We replaced our carpeted stairs and loft area with engineered hardwood. Atomic found the matching hardwood to our downstairs main level, and found the right bullnose edging as well. Our staircase is tricky and quite pretty and they did a fantastic job. Made quality cuts and cleaned up after themselves each day. Installers were nice and communicated well. We didn’t need to replace the baseboard as originally planned. Overall very pleased.

They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. The Flooring Professionals crew was amazing! I used FP for a 1900 sq ft floor leveling and vinyl plank flooring install. The FP processes are truly dust free and of exceptional quality. The crew was always on time, they worked carefully throughout the home, answered all my questions throughout the process and completed the projects on time. I would absolutely recommend FP for any floor leveling project, they are truly experts!

Heath just completed a 3 step process to refinish my hardwood floors that were discolored by the sun. 14 years of sun damage completely gone. The floor looks brand new. Called and asked for a quote to sand and refinish. Asked him to bring color samples. He said he would show us samples when he had a signed contract and a deposit. I questioned why I couldn't see color samples prior to signing a contract and giving him money. He replied if I didn't like that then his company was not the one for me. WOW, unelievable

We hired European Flooring and Design to install new hardwood floors, carpet, shower and floor tile. This was our first renovation and can’t say enough about how happy we are with the results and experience overall! These guys not only know what they are doing, but are excellent to work with along the way. John was responsive and always accessible as we worked through our decisions and schedules. We chose European based on the reviews and quality results everyone commented on….they absolutely did not disappoint!

We looked for years to update the flooring in our home. We walked in Home Solutionz - Phoenix immediately saw the wood flooring we wanted. They were fabulous. So clean, courteous and on time. We could not be happier with the materials and quality of work. I highly recommend their services.

My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.
