Hays did a fantastic job. My water heater started leaking in the morning and before 1pm , they were out to my house to replace it the same day minimizing the damage and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend them.

Gabe has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Gabe and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. Gabe is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Gabe’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Expert HVAC to my friends and family.

I just had a new HVAC system installed in my home, and the Day and Night team were incredible! Mike, Caleb and Jesus were on time, professional, efficient and clean. They did an incredible job getting everything installed in an efficient manner, and were very respectful of our home. Definitely recommend using these guys for all of your HVAC needs!

James and his team are fantastic!! My a/c went out at the end of August, of course! James came over immediately and assessed the situation and gave me the best quote out of four. This is a great company to work with. I forget my regular technicians but they are great! I schedule 2 check ups a year and they always arrive punctual and perform the service timely. Very polite and provide information in a manner to inform me and in a way that a non-technician can understand. Great Company. Great People. Great service.

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!!

Was impressed with Saul's knowledge and throughness. The photos he took in attic of problem helped us see why this cleaning

They were there on time, 11:00, worked straight through to completion about 3:00-3:30. Didn’t take any breaks that I saw. Polite and clean, and didn’t leave mess.

Installed swamp coolers on both houses and thermostats.
Was delayed by roofers and I appreciate putting up with that.
Putting 5 stars but I should put 4.75 stars as the cooler pumps never got mounted with screws as designed.
.Maybe they'll do that and make it all good?
