He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

We had a new a/c installed by them about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about them. It was a super honest, non-pressure sales process, the install was top notch and their follow-up has been thorough.I got quotes from 3 companies, Day and Night was about $300 higher than the lowest quote I got. I went with them because of their team. They thoroughly explained all options and how install would go, even the install team was customer oriented.Since having the unit installed, we’ve had a leak in our bedroom. The roofing people I’ve had out have all commented on how well the a/c is installed and what a good job they did on the roof. The leak was really a fluke. Day and Night then organized a roofing company to come out and is fixing the issue. All without hassling them. Their team is very prompt and friendly. I recommend Day and Night to everyone I come across!

James is seriously one of the best at what he does very fair and honest. Very hard to find these days and doesn't try to sell things that aren't needed. I know very little about home Ac units and everything was explained to where I could understand what was going on. Customer service was amazing. Our AC went out in the middle of the night last week and Temp Pro had someone out at 7:30 am and fixed it right away. The tech, Julio, was very friendly and professional. The price was great and he explained what was wrong in a lot of detail, you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful they came so quickly, we have a 2 year old and it would have been a very miserable day/weekend if they didn't come so quickly.

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

We just recently had our 11 year old Trane system serviced and they did a great job. They were tidy, cleaned up any stray insulation under our attic access and clearly explained what they checked.

They arrived on time and upon checking and found that two of the capacitors to help start the fans and the compressed were beginning to fail. Thrilled they found this BEFORE the summer heat had sent in. Pricing was very fair and I would recommend them to anyone!
