What a great Experience. Elvin came for our Rejuvenation today. He was so professional and knowledgeable throughout our interaction. Gave us some recommendations and explained in depth why. Goettl is lucky to have him. They have yet to disappoint since we purchased our unit 2.5 years ago.

Super disappointed that this company blew off our work order placed through our home warranty. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Pricing has been upfront, clear, and fair. Chris and the guys are great to work with. Customer service is just great! Definitely go with them if you need HVAC work done.

Scott updated our dated master bedroom/bath electrical outlets as well as installed new light fixtures. He was professional and experienced, was a nice change to work with this level of knowledge from an electrician. Joe was my Technician today and he was great. He took his time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and solved my issue. To say I’m very happy with my new A/C system is an understatement. It was time to replace our 15 year old units. We received several estimates (apples to apples comparison) and the one we received from Troy, from Air Conditioning of Arizona, was by far the most affordable for a high quality A/C unit. Troy was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything we didn’t need. Dealt with Cheyenne, super patient answering my questions and was very knowledgeable! Work was done promptly and they showed up on time. Quality of the work was above par and after they left it's like they weren't here. Space was clean, and no damage just nice cold AC!. 10 of 10 would recommend.

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2016 that was built in 2000. Clearly the original owner did not have a proper owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home.

The air distribution was poorly designed and installed. The master bedroom would not cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Amazing someone tolerant this condition for so long.

In our energy audit it was noted a few items poorly installed and poorly distributed, massive duct leakage and poor insulation in the attic space and on the ductwork.

The overall audit was very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill), modified air distribution, dampers and new air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.

David and his team came out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the two long days but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.
