We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker. We look forward to working with Alex on these two projects, as we give him a 10 out of 10 score for excellency. Thanks to Alex and to Tommy for an impressive business.

DON’T DO SOLAR WITH THEM! Read the other solar reviews. They are all true. Took 9 months to get my solar activated through them although the loan payments start as soon as the panels are on the roof. They reimbursed me for my first payment and have ghosted me since. I can’t get a human on the phone. To top it off, I just went to the secure building that they listed as there address on Google and their website and it is just a creative work space where they rent a room to have a business address. See my photo of Room 833. There is nothing there! Find someone else for solar!!

They Installed an HVAC system in our home and sprayed some attic insulation. They installed two exterior outlets. George was courteous and professional. No complaints at all. Very satisfied with the work.

One of your T&K Electrics Truck drivers was speeding down our street in the west valley. The driver was speeding eastbound on Remuda Dr, Peoria. I whistled then yelled as he past by. The vehicle's windows were down and I didn't hear any music. But he was clearing speeding. The driver didn't even slow down for a drainage valley that crosses the road. There were two kids a few houses from me playing in their driveway. The mother stepped out of the garage with her hands up in disbelief. The driver had a beard and was driving well beyond the legal residential limits.

T & K Electric installed my solar panels. Every interaction that I have had with them has been professional and timely. I just met the owner Tommy and now I see why his crew is so professional.

They were eager at first responding until you sign than they stop calling or updating you. I’ve been waiting for them to install the Thermometer, they did installed the Solar Panels right away without a problem but will not follow up with other details with the process. I would have to call and text in a few weeks to know what's going on, I'm already paying GoodLeap the loan company even though I'm not using my Solar Panels. They supposedly will pay you back on the payments you make to the loan but still waiting. The staff doesn’t call back nor no updates. I feel like I made a bad choice. Don’t use this company.

This has got to be the worst company to deal with. Panels on my roof installed 7 months ago and still not working. Finance company already paid them because they lied about everything running already. Now phone number is disconnected. Thieves in disguise.

I have used T&K Electric twice now, and I am so happy that I found them. They answer the phone when you call for information, schedule appointments quickly, and are very reliable. They charge $95 for a diagnostic visit & estimate. If you then use them that $95 is credited to the first job.

Both times I’ve had service Mark and Eric were the team providing service. I was so impressed to learn that Eric was doing on-the-job training with Mark. To me, this demonstrates that T&K is willing to invest time and money to develop good people and build a strong base of skilled professionals. Love it!

Highly recommend this company. Alex is friendly, knowledgable & tidy! While replacing my lights he noticed that some of my smoke detectors were subpar; he explained why they weren't the safest option for a home & easily replaced them for me. Incredibly thorough work.

I was contacted by T & K and then contracted T & K for Solar power. It has taken over 6 months to get the solar activated. They do not return calls after they get the money from the finance company, which only requires panels to be at the house. The system they installed and by contract Do Not generate what they engineered and entered into contract for. In my opinion I would strongly recommend that you Do Not Do Business with this company! In My Opinion They Are A Rip OFF!

I have them to help me install 4 new light fixtures and installed 3 fans and change some lights as well. They recently helped me rewire a line for my wall oven. They are very reasonable with price and very professional on the job. Mark answers all my questions and concerns patiently and able to pull out many work in short time. Tommy and his wife always response very quickly and they keep their words. I will definitely recommend them to anyone need electricity work done.

Tommy and his guy Jorge were great. They both did everything they could to help us get power back in our apartment. Our unit had no power for 4 days. Unfortunately, maintenance didn’t reach out to these guys sooner but when they did, they worked as quickly as they could to help us out. I would definitely contract them myself for any future repairs we might need. Excellent service.

Hired T&K to put solar panels on my house. The sales guy Brandon was great. Explained everything and always answered the phone throughout the whole process answering any questions I had. The install was very quick and they did a great job. I even met the owner of the company Tommy turns out he does all the electrical. I highly recommend this company for solar. No headaches at all and everything done as agreed upon.

Tommy did an amazing job fixing a switch box to our pool pump. He provided same day service within 30 minutes of calling. He fixed the issue quickly and had our pool Pump back up and running. His work is clean and efficient and he provided great customer service.

Tommy and his crew are just fantastic! My old landlord had Tommy upgrade an electrical panel in the house I was renting so when I bought a house and needed a panel upgrade, I knew I had to call Tommy to get the job done right. He was great with communicating and answered all of my questions. His tech Eddie installed my new panel, a whole home surge protector and added an outdoor outlet so I can plug in Christmas lights and completed everything I asked for. They stuck to my quote which I appreciated and did everything in a very timely manner. My biggest thing was just how great at communicating Tommy was. He always was there to answer my questions and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I’m a repeat customer and will definitely go back to him for anything else I need done. Go somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

They never respond to any inquiries. Their sales team is very responsive and persistent at first, but once that contract is signed it takes forever to hear from them. Every step of the way you will need to call and make sure they are doing what is needed. No communication. No support. No plan. You are basically running your own project at this point.

Luckily I was home at the time of install for my solar panels, because if I wasn't there was going to be some cheap off-brand panels installed on my roof without a single word from this place. They tried to do a bait and switch on me - right in front of me. So take caution. I caught them in the act and had them switch them out. I signed a contract for a particular brand that the sales team was promoting and they seriously tried to put cheaper, less quality panels on my roof. How would I have known? How would any T&K customer know at this point.

They took nearly 70 days to get my solar operational after installation. They failed the inspection on 3 separate occasions. Everytime I would inquire about it this is what I would get:

1. It's only going to be another week or 2
2. the ball is in APS' court, it's out of our control

Both are false. APS was on time, they were early. T&K failed to meet every deadline or promise.

On top of all of that - I had to pay my loan while my system was not even running. Which is pointless. Paying for inactive equipment? Maybe in T&K's asinine world this makes sense. T&K promised me a reimbursement check, but that has not been seen but the ops team said they would get it in the mail today, that was a week ago after multiple weeks of asking.

Bottom line - they chase the money and don't give a damn about the customer. Now I am locked in this with them for the next 20 years, which is not thrilling to say the least.

Get it together...

I already had solar when I met Miguel but he informed me that my system was under producing and showed me a few options for an add-on system I was very pleased with the install it was done in a timely manner definitely improve my experience with solar wasn’t too happy beforehand. Would recommend

George came out same day to fix my kitchen range outlet. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond! I had additional concerns with my office outlet (from a separate outlet hazard I had the week prior, resolved through another electrician) and he was kind enough to check them to ease my own anxiety. WOW!!!!! I would give T&K 10 stars if I could. Obviously contractors are super busy right now, but I could barely get anyone to return my calls, or when they did they were booking like 4 months out or no longer serviced my area. I finally did a random online search and found T&K -- they answered my phone call immediately and were able to schedule me within 2 weeks. I was sooooo happy. But what was the catch?

THERE WASN'T ONE!!!! Not a single catch. They showed up on time, were fairly priced for the current market, did outstanding work, in a reasonable amount of time, and the techs were SOOOOOO nice. Shoutout to George and Gabriel!!! Like honestly I had never met service people so friendly, helpful and accommodating in my life. I am so happy I found George, Gabriel and this company! I would recommend them to anyone!

George is the best! At a time when it's difficult (and oftentimes impossible) to get home service companies to call you back, let alone show up, George at T & K not only immediately responded to my service request for a thermostat repair/install but also put me on his schedule right away. He showed up on time, was able to troubleshoot the issue in minutes and had our A/C kicking back on with a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat within the hour. Super friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and extremely fair pricing. One of the best service experiences I've had in quite some time. HIGHLY recommend.

We highly recommend T&K Electric! On 2 separate occasions, I called Tommy with some emergency electrical repair work at our home and both times he came over within a few hours of my call. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Tommy is clearly passionate about providing excellent workmanship and service to his customers.

My breaker was faulty and causing my unit to not have power. I googled an electrician, they were the first to come up so I called to see if they can handle it. Tommy was responsive and sent me his cell phone number right away so I can send him a video of the damage and he can figure out a quote. He did within a few minutes, he shot me a quote of parts and labor and upon agreement he was at my location within less than 20 minutes and repaired the breaker switch. I called T & K after talking to two other contractors. I sure am glad I gave T & K a call. Tommy came out and gave me a quote on my project ( rewiring my house because of the aluminum wiring and my house was not grounded; I live in Arcadia and the home is very old) at a very reasonable price. Not only was the quote reasonable but Tommy even patched all the drywall himself after he was done. There was a lot of cuts in the drywall but after he patched it. It looks like my drywall was never even cut.

In addition to rewiring my whole house. I also needed my panel updated as it was about 30 years old. Tommy and his crew of three guys got my house required and updated my panel and did an amazing job.

Tommy also provided the city permit and coordinated with my utility and city to get the project done quick.

I highly recommend T & K. They are very professional and perform high quality work without all the extra fees that big contractors charge.

Today 5/04 at 4.30am one of your drivers in Queen Creek decided to be on his phone checking messages on Queen Creek rd from Ironwood to Ellsworth. He was going 30 in a 45 with him sometimes speeding up to 45 and then slowing down constantly. He was holding up traffic because he needed to be on his phone checking messages. That road usually has no traffic at that time but there was a line cars because your guy was too busy on his phone while driving and holding up traffic.
And yes I could see he was on his phone, I was right behind him.

We hired T&K Electric to install a new 240 V outlet in the garage to charge our new Tesla. We are very happy with their customer service and quality of work. The technician arrived on time, got it done quickly, and the price was reasonable. We definitely will use T&K for our future projects.

It always happens...when you’re expecting visitors, the Air Conditioning goes out. I call T&K at 7:00 am on Wednesday morning, and explained the situation...my 75 year old mom was arriving one day later, and she couldn’t go without AC due to health issues. Tommy and Jorge came out and early the next morning I had a new unit installed. They listened, were responsive, and did a terrific job. They worked with the budget I had and were very clean, professional and quiet during their assessment and installation, which was important since my wife and I both were working from home. I’d definitely use them again!

Our power went out in half of our house on Sunday and when we tried to reset the circuit breakers, it didn’t resolve any issues. I work from home and my entire office had no power. I was worried that no one would be opened on Sunday and I need to sign into work by 5:30am on Monday.
We found T&K on Yelp and Tommy was highly recommended. He answered my call and said one of his electricians, Pedro, would be over to help us.
Pedro was hands-down incredible. He was super knowledgeable and very funny. Our issue was old wiring that wasn’t connected properly and was already starting to burn because it was coming loose. If not addressed, it could have caused a house fire which is terrifying to think about. He found the problem right away, traced it to the outlet that was causing the power to go out, and replaced it so we don’t have to worry about it going forward.
We will need to replace all of our old wiring to safer/grounded wiring and will definitely be calling Tommy and Pedro to do it.

Tommy came to upgrade and restore power very late on a Friday evening. On one of the hottest summer days, we lost power to the AC and major appliances. Tommy worked tirelessly to upgrade and restore our power, together with SRP. We were very happy with the quality and service and then he left to continue his service calls into the late evening - very reliable.

Tommy was very professional and came out same day to inspect old electrical box with a fuse issue. Ultimately didn't need an immediate repair, but was able to put mind at east quickly on of course a 110+ degree day to ensure electrical would work. Will contact T&K again for future needs.

I've been working on renovating an older home in historic Phoenix and ran in to some old knob and tube wiring in the walls during demolition. Realizing we'd need to rewire the entire home we starting looking for local electricians to complete the job. Operating on a tight timeline and budget, I reached out to Tommy to have him come out and take a look.

He was quick to respond and was able to provide a more than competitive price. Tommy and his team completed the entire job that weekend, and was sure to walk the property with me after to review all the work that had been done. Cuts made to the walls were minimal, something I really appreciated as the home has lath and plaster walls and will be tough to match with new drywall. I called at 12:30 on a Sunday, and Tommy was at my house within 30 minutes! He was on his way to lunch with his wife but came to fix my electric problem first. He was in and out in half an hour, and fixed three problems in that time.

Also he showed up wearing a mask. I did not even have to ask. I appreciated this because I had turned away a different electrician at the door the day before because he would not wear a mask.

Tommy was great. I used him first to replace a fuse in my panel. My panel was old so we discussed replacing the whole thing which he did about a month later. Great work. Does what he says, when he says he’s going to do it, and at a fair price.

Tommy came out and rewired my entire new office space. It was an old cantina that was abandoned for about 8 years on Cave Creek Road. All the wiring was removed including the panel. Tommy set up the new panel and installed all new outlets and switches and wiring throughout. Very professional job. I've also had him do some work at my house.

I am in the real estate profession and come across many vendors. T & K electric was by far superior. They showed up on time, finished the job early and it was not a small job as they put a new electrical panel on my home. SRP had to come disconnect our service for the installation. I was talking to them And they informed me of the mini vendors they use they said TNK by far never had issues and did the job correct the first time. If that comment came from SRP I knew I was in good hands and it turned out, I was.

We contacted Tommy through Yelp and he responded right away. He even came to our house the same day to give us a quote on upgrading to a new 200 amp panel. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and we really liked how he took the time to explain everything to us. He worked with SRP to obtain all the permits and kept us in the loop during the whole process. Tommy and Pedro arrived at our house early in the morning and got the new panel installed in half a day. We had T&K out to install a 240V outlet in our garage for an electric car charger. The job ended up being a bigger pain than originally expected due to the location of the panel, but they still got it done in a day and the work was really well done. Let me tell you I am not an amateur. Owning rentals and just being on this planet for a number of years I have hired my share of contractors. I know what works...and what does not. Put simply, there are warning signs that will make you think twice about hiring someone. I encourage everyone to do your research, but when that is over......hire T & K Electric.

Funny story....my wife and I were in the Jacuzzi...enjoying our Saturday night. The kids were in bed and it was time to spend some quality time together. The Jacuzzi was running.....life was good. Then the pool decided to turn on at the same time...that's 2 motors plus a heater. Also, the pool light was on.....that's even more power. Sure enough we heard an audible popping sound and the nice evening went dark. Ooops.

Sunday morning rolls around and I certainly don't want to call an electrician, given what they charge for weekends, but I had to fix this issue or the pool would start to corrode. At that point I found T&K and had a gut feeling given all the positive reviews and wanted to leave a message.

Immediately Tommy answered the phone....on a Sunday. I was hesitant to schedule a meeting given extra weekend costs but he had someone in the area and was not going to charge me any extra so what the heck, right?

Within 30 minutes I had one of his colleagues at my door. From there we discussed the issue, went over some options and came up with a plan. Tommy got right back to me with a very fair estimate immediately and we scheduled the job for the following Wednesday.

The very first thing Wednesday morning Tommy's team showed up, was very professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and made a difficult job look easy. By Wednesday afternoon my pool/Jacuzzi was humming again....no stress.

As a side note, when they were finished with the job the extra wire they had left over could have fit in the palm of your hand. They were THAT accurate on the estimate. Just saying......

So happy I found Tommy on Yelp. Our smoke detectors went off at 3 AM & they were malfunctioning. He came right out. So pleased w their service.

Tommy was very responsive on the same to get our power back. He had to replace an old part at night to make the power work - the job was difficult and he got it done with ease and a smile on his face.

Came on a weekend with very little notice to fix an electrical problem so we could use our laundry dryer. Did not charge a surcharge for it being a weekend and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. Basically a perfect service call!

Tommy came and got everything squared away, was knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my solar system.

I would not recommend T & K for solar. Customer Service is nonexistent. It took threatening to keep calling the electrical side to get them to have a solar person contact me regarding our installation. That person was great however they left the company and I'm now back at square one. Our solar install started August 2022. The electrical test, which was only supposed to be a couple hours but ended up over 7hrs, was finally done in November 2022. February 2023 we finally got the city to approve but it took another 3 weeks to get SRP out. We failed the final inspection because T & K didn't follow SRP guidelines. I was promised someone would be out this week ... it's Friday afternoon - no one has come and then I was promised a quick call back ... no one has called back to update me on what's going on.

It took (June) 10 months to fully get installed so if you got the time, they did installed the Solar Panels right away without a problem but will no follow up with other details with the process. I would have to call and text in a few weeks to know what's going on, I'm already paying GoodLeap the loan company even though I'm not using my Solar Panels. The staff would switch so I don't know whose still working at T&K or not anymore.
Update on April: Finally got the call from JT he helped out a lot set up the system and now using the app to my solar panels.
