These guys were great. The roofers were polite and did a great job! They cleaned up very well and made sure no nails were on our grass or around the house. I would absolutely recommend them.

Ky-Ko repaired our flat top roof decking in Arizona. They sprayed foam to seal the cracks. They were very professional and clean. All cracks are sealed. We will use Ky-Ko in the future if needed.

Just wanted to say Jim with Tacheny Exteriors was great to work with. From the first call throughout the process they exceeded expectations.

Had to reschedule the consultation walk-through. Very happy Tim accommodated to do it the following day. Durafoam is competent, reliable and has outstanding work ethic. Post-foam layout was beyond my expectation - very clean and sharp lines with no over spray to off-limit areas.

In-Ex left our roof in terrible shape, exposing new holes and leaving it all open to the elements. In-Ex provided poor assessment and diagnosis of the problems and poor oversight of the actual work. The In-Ex contractor got nasty and offensive, but the AZ-Registrar of Contractors agreed with us about the poor quality of the workmanship. In-Ex did OK on a flat surface. We had to get another company to finish the more complex aspects of the original job and fix the In-Ex damage to the site of the original leaks.

Fast response and friendly service

The staff I interfaced with was very helpful with the project of replacing the roof and removeing a evap cooler. The crew did an excellent job from start to clean up to finish. We are extremely happy.

Kevin was quick to come out to inspect my roof. He was clean and professional and got me back an estimate in a timely manner. After completion they did a great job making sure the property was clean and left the way they found it. Thanks again! Would highly recommend Kevin with Apple Roofing!

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
