We have had a really difficult time trying to find some place that is professional and confident in what they do, but that also shared empathy and understands how difficult it is to be with a working A/C in the Arizona summer heat. The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

I had them install 2 new systems at my home and I couldn't have been more happy. They were absolutely amazing. No complaints whatsoever. They wore little bootys to protect our home and left it immaculate. The worked great with us having the dog in the home and were very trustworthy, honest, and on time.

My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

Our crossflow cooling tower has shown to be a good investment so far. At a plant like the one we run, it’s an essential system. Baikal Mechanical has unanimous respect and appreciation across our board.

My AC unit was about 20 years old and I needed to replace it. I worked with Ted Henn and he broke down exactly what system I had and what system he would recommend for me to make my AC efficient and last the longest. I was very nervous since I have never had to replace an AC unit. 5 days before the unit was supposed to be put in the AC unit stopped blowing. I had another company come out and they blasted me about not using them for a new unit. I called Ted and he had his team help out in making sure my AC unit lasted until the new unit. The team that showed up to put the new unit in were super friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I'm very pleased with the work and happy to have better AC!

TLDR: This company cares about it's customers and wants the best for them.

I had them install my Water softener 5 years ago and it was great. It had a problem with the unit last week and they came over and replaced the unit with no questions asked for free. It is now perfect and ready for many more years of great service.

These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

A couple years ago. Middle of summer. About 6 in the evening. What every homeowner in Arizona dreads coming home to after a day of work. AC not turning on. I called Dave Martin, owner of Mountain A/C, and I described what was going on. I had zero expectation of anything happening that evening, I figured he would try to help when he had time the next day. To my shock, he came over to my house after a full day of climbing in hot attics and roofs. The kindness he portrayed was very touching. I would very highly recommend Mountain A/C to anyone in the Phoenix metro area looking for AC repair, servicing or replacement.
