Justin came out yesterday to do a follow up after installation to make sure everything was running right. Cannot say enough about him, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He checked everything, answered questions & made sure we knew all the features of the thermostat. A great representative for your company & I’d like to have him back if we ever run into any service issues. I will highly recommend Hays A/C to anyone that asks, your employees are all top notch.

My tech was jimmy, he was great. I have trouble trusting any company but he seemed cool when it came to what needed to be repaired. He was very friendly and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I dont like giving 5 stars but penguin i guess earned it. Im selling my home and i need to make sure everything passes inspection. Hopefully i can call them if anything HVAC doesn't pass. We just had two new AC systems installed in our home after our old ones were done. Not a pleasant surprise. We got six estimates and went with Hobaica. We chose them because they had a solid reputation, very fair in pricing and had equipment in stock. They told us two weeks, but surprised us with one week early installation. Ivan and Troy were our installers. They arrived on time and installed both units in about 8 hours. They worked nonstop. Very professional and we even talked and laughed at the end of the installation. Highly recommend.

They did a good job fixing my air and they are a good service and friendly professional.

Jesse came out to do the estimate on our HVAC replacement. I can't say enough how professional, kind, courteous and knowledgable he was! He answered all our questions, and was so thorough. He provided pictures and descriptions of everything he did. He made sure we were happy with the service. He was on time and tidy. I felt so comfortable giving this company my time and money thanks to Jesse, Skylar and everyone else at Goettl. I recommend them 100%!

Had issues with toilet and laundry room overflowing and they came out and diagnosed the problem. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

It was an outstanding experience. The experiences (3 visits) I had last year were not good. I wanted to call another company to look at my AC. But, my husband said let's stick with the company that installed it. I'm glad I did! The experience was totally different. It's been three days since the repair was made. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. Matt was great. Came in with booties so didnt drag dirt in the house. Figured out what was wrong with AC unit and replaced the part that was broken. Didnt try to sell me something that wasnt needed. Great experiance.

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
