What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

Super quick response. Checked.on the process every 24hrs to make adjustments to dry out everything efficiently, essentually minimized the impact of drying equipment. Friendly and professional.

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen island that required removal of the cabinetry due to water saturation and microbial growth. Jenkins Restorations (Everett, Jose and Caleb) removed the cabinetry, determined what could be salvaged (cabinet doors and shelving), built supports for the granite countertop and sink, and brought in equipment to dry out the moisture from the leak. Totally professional and efficent. They helped make a bad situation easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Our HVAC leaked into our walls, causing mold and water damage. As soon as we saw evidence of the leak we reached out to Square One Restoration based on the reviews we read online. The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. Had my ceiling fall down after a leak in the attic and they came out right away, gave a fair quote, and started work immediately! Such great service and responsiveness. I would highly recommend them for any water damage or general home remodeling! Kevin was great and was always making sure things were going well and up to our standards!

bought a home and almost immediately found black mold in the bathrooms. I called several contractors to come out for estimates. I appreciated that Zona could both re-mediate the mold appropriately and then build back the baths. The mold remediation was done carefully and safely which alleviated my worries. The remediation report was thorough and will definitely be a huge benefit if I ever need to sell.

The build back experience was equally positive. Zona went to great length to get at least one of my showers functional within a short period of time. And although there were a couple of mishaps with some of the materials, Zona was great about working with me to make sure I was satisfied.

In the end I got two new baths that look great and at a great price. The contractors that did the work were all professional, helpful and responsive. I recommend definitely recommend Zona for any restoration situation. Thanks Aaron and team!

I always enjoy working with 911 and Phil is simply awesome. Would highly recommend him to family and friends and know without a doubt they were being taken care of on every level.

Acuity came out to look at my project, however they refuse to give any sort of estimate without a signed contract. Which was not disclosed at any point in time when scheduling or meeting. So not only does it seem suspicious that they won’t give me a price before locking me in, but clearly they don’t mind wasting both your time and theirs.
Clearly they are busy enough they don’t need the work, and could care less about potential customers.
Strongly do NOT recommend.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
