Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

They did a great job at Hero. The guys working at my place were Jon, Israel, Memo, and Cesar. They all worked really hard and did great work. I like the fact that Hero tries to minimize the amount of demolition needed to replace a new sewer pipe. I’m so glad that they don’t trench the whole house. They were extremely quick and efficient, they were done in about 3 days for a replacement drain pipe and reconnecting everything. They are amazing and extremely helpful at Hero. Highly recommend.

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Great job Mitch, we appreciate the recommendation and the great service.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

In November of 2018 our main drain line backed up. We called Rooter Ranger who arrived within 30 minutes. The issue could not be resolved by rooting so they came back the next morning which was a Sunday. By video scoping they discovered that our over 60 year old cast iron drain pipe was partially collapsed. They jack hammered an opening in the main bathroom and tunneled back in two directions replacing the old pipe with new ABS until they reached good pipe. The pipe was replaced from this point all the way to the septic tank. Soon after those repairs were made to our complete satisfaction, we had another section collapse in a different part of the house. After scoping the piping again they came up with a solution that essentially left us with all new PVC drain piping so that we would never have an issue with our drain lines again. The good news was both repairs were mostly covered by our homeowners insurance and Jarrod was very helpful in providing information required by our policy holder to process the claim. We ended up doing two bathroom remodels and RR did the all of the plumbing work for the remodel. Special thanks to Dan who was the project manager for the repair and remodel. Jarrod, Dan, Brayden, Joseph and Adrian and were all courteous, prompt, timely and friendly. I have, and will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Our sink wasn’t draining and we decided to give Bumble Bee Plumbing a call. From the beginning it was a great experience, they even had same day availability! I couldn’t do same day so they worked with me to find a future date & time that fit my needs. They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. We used Belsito when we sold our house last month for the septic pump/inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was great because we had a two week closing. Unfortunately, they found an issue which they needed to repair. They were again able to schedule us in a timely manner. The guys they sent out - Robby, Dakota, and John - were great guys to work with in what was a stressful situation. They identified and explained the issues and were able to figure out and make the necessary repairs. Really nice guys who really care about the customer and doing a good job. Also, despite the mess of digging a giant hole in our front yard and all the equipment and associated materials, they left it immaculate. I would recommend them!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did.
