When our AC unit finally gave up on us, CJ and his team gave us the best quote among the handful of HVAC companies we checked with. They left a portable AC for me to use while we waited for our unit to arrive. The team that APES sent out to install our new AC unit, led by Elijah, was very professional and courteous. They worked fast and were all very efficient, and when they were done with the installation, they made sure to clean up the whole place.

Andy is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and then replaced the hot and cold valves to my washing machine. He also replaced the shut off valve to my house and added a spigot in my front yard. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind explaining what was being done.

Ace Home Services was able to give me a same day appointment. My air conditioning stopped working the day before, and the temperature outdoors was 114 degrees. Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day! My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future.
