Due to some cracks and other damage I had noticed I decided to give RamJack a call to see if my concerns were due to issues with the house foundation. I've been in the house for 15+ years and have large trees close to the house that I was concerned might have lifted the foundation. I was told that they'd send out a representative to provide a free estimate. Tim Schirra arrived on time and provided a free quote for the issues I was concerned about. He listened patiently as I explained my concerns about my home and then pointed out that the things I was worried about were due to natural aging and shifting common to the soils and heat here in Arizona, and explained that the foundation of my home wasn't a problem. He explained how he has been in this line of work for many years and that he can quickly recognize damage caused by foundational issues, and identified the types of damage I needed to look for if I did have foundation issues.
