Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

On 1/20/15, Gomez Roofing Services Co. place a new roof on the house with 10-year warranty on foam roof and 30 year warranty on tile roof. The roof began leaking on 6/30/17. Bruno Gomez was notified. He came out and blamed the leak on stucco. The stucco that he suggested was repaired. On 10/4/18, after another rain storm, the roof began leaking in the same spot, but also in 5 other areas of the house. Bruno was called again. He came reviewed the issues and said that he would send his foreman Jack to handle the repairs. Nothing was done until 10/15/18, when Jack said that his crew came to the house and fixed all the leaky areas. (The crew came when no-one was home and there was no proof that any work was done). Bruno refused to fix secondary damage to the ceilings, drywall or insulation. Bruno did issue a reassurance that there would be no more leaks.
My wife and I decided to hire painters’ company to fix the secondary damage to the dry wall, ceilings and paint.
On 2/22/19, the roof leaked again in the same areas causing damage to the newly repaired drywall, ceiling and paint.
Bruno was contacted again without a response.
The company is in breach of contract/warranty.
