I have used 911 for years. They are the best plumbers I have ever had. They do the job right the first time, every time. They have fixed leaks I have paid three other companies to “fix” before finding them. I can’t say enough good things.

Had a great experience with this company! We had a sink that was leaking and a broken drain stopper and they fixed both for us! We plan to use them for any future plumbing work and also for HVAC needs in the future. So happy my sister recommended them to us! Justin was the tech we had, he even pointed out we needed to change our air filter as a bonus (the calendar alert has just gone off this week to change it out - he was right on)!

Had root in sewer system in a rental & Justin came out & cleared the line. He showed up on time, texted me prior saying he was on his way. I would recommend them

Not happy with this company. I have hired 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing twice for properties I intended to buy. I would never work with them again and advice you to do your research and not just take the referral from your property inspector when hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line.

I worked with them the first time for a sewer scope and the second time for a comprehensive A/C inspection. For the sewer scope I received a video days later with very little explanation as to what I was seeing. Complete waste of $250. The second time the tech was finishing up his work and writing his 'final report' when I arrived on-time at the agreed upon start time. This is a huge red flag. Next he tells me there is nothing to worry about with the A/C unit. It's pumping out air now will it last 1-year, 5-years I have no idea Fast forward 1-hour and the A/C unit sounds like it has bowling bowl circulating in the fan blades. I asked my Property Inspector who was absolutely terrific, and he proceeds to tell me 3-very problematic issues with the A/C unit: It is sitting on an uneven platform, it's not 12-inches from the house per code and there are flayed wires. He recommends the A/C unit be replaced by the seller.

You can imagine my unhappiness when I place a call to the owner of the company next day and he leaves me a message saying this is a 'good learning experience for his tech' and then proceeds to re-issue my invoice.

When Buyers are prepared to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a property and trust a company to protect their families interests this is not the level of customer service we expect. These issues could have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Very unhappy with 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing and advice you do business with a more reputable group of people.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

911 HCP was able to fit me into their schedule quickly after a botched job by another local plumbing company. They were exceptionally polite and professional. Quality work, great pricing, good people. We won't use anyone else!

911 has been my Hero since my leak in a pipe in the kitchen island 3 years ago! They came to assist on Saturday night over 4th of July! Recently, my water heater blew out and they were there to take multiple steps to get the new one re-installed after other repairs were finished. I highly recommend them for their great customer service & excellent prices!

Scott Epps and his team worked above and beyond expectations on needed plumbing help. Justin cleared a clogged kitchen drain. Scott did sewer camera surveillance that I requested, and cleared pipes as needed. He also repaired a broken pipe outdoors that I mentioned. Both Scott and Justin were professional, respectful, honest, and great with answering my questions. This was my first call, and Janette was professional and kind. She set up an appointment for the next day. Follow up with texts and e-mail has been prompt and clear. I will contact this company for future needs .

Even though worker was late, he was professional and provided quality service. He went above and beyond to assist.

Was disappointed with the 27 second sewer scope for a potential house we are buying. The quality of the video was terrible and could not even tell they were at the house we were looking at. They did not provide an inspection report as stated in their sewer scope agreement. Would not hire this company again. $250.00 waste of money.

Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for. Darrell came out today, found a wire issue on my capacitor, fixed it, treated me right and with respect. I would not hesitate to use them when my AC will need replacement in the next year or so. My experience was fantastic, I really appreciate working with honest and quality contractors like 911.

I used them twice so far. Once for a bath room problem and now for a heater problem. In both cases, they did a great job. Scott is always reachable and will do everything to satisfy my need as a customer. I would recommend them to anybody.

My technician Robert was absolutely amazing. He serviced my AC unit and my evaporator cooler and he was very honest with his assessment of the units. This was the first time I used this business and now they are my forever Hvac specialist.

We had Scott perform a sewer scope after a different company tried to tell us we needed $7000-$12000 of repairs for faults in the sewer line. Scott quickly diagnosed that there was a minor deflection of part of the line, but he explained that it was not causing issues and was pretty normal in the area observed - and it needed no repairs. It was clear that Scott (and 911 Plumbing) are looking out for the customer. I will be using 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future, that's for sure.

Hired company the company during a home sale to scope the sewer lines. The videos came without any narration so they were not useful in describing the exact location of the blockage in the line or the severity. The scope was pulled through the line at a fast pace so clients had to use the slow motion feature on their player to get an understanding of the condition. The client was left with more questions but there was no response to my 2 requests for a bid to correct root damaged sewer line.

It would be helpful to have a written report along with the video or a narration that described challenges in the sewer lines so the client can understand the problem better, the location of the problem, and to be able to use the inspection to to negotiate the cost to repair with a seller or to share with a contractor.

I had a plugged shower and a friend gave me the number for 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I called them on the Tuesday before Christmas and was given an appointment time for Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise the technician called in the morning and came about 15 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had my drain open in a very short time. I really appreciated the promptmess and skill the technician demostrated. I highly recommend the company and would use them again.

I used this company after it was recommended by Checklist Inspections. Got Larry to come out to do further HVAC inspections on a house being bought. He arrived pretty late and didn’t really acknowledge me when he even got there. He did get the job done and gave me his opinion of the system at least. Wasn’t friendly or customer service minded at all.

911 heating, cooling, and plumbing has been absolutely incredible to me and my family. We had them out once because our hot water heater broke. Scott came out same day and fixed it. Then, our air conditioning quit the next night in the middle of summer. Darrell was there before 10am and before my thermostat crossed 80 degrees. We’ve had a couple more minor things that have needed to be checked out here and there and 911 heating cooling and plumbing has been there for us every time with fast, reliable, friendly and fairly priced service. I can not recommend them enough.

Needed a gas line installed to hookup our dryer. Showed up on time to provide a quote. Great price! Came out next day on-time. Installed gas line with on/off valve and dryer hookup hose. Excellent job, highly recommend.

3/22 Update - water shutoff valve broke on move in day to our new home. Called at 10:00AM, there at 12:30PM, fixed by 1:30PM. Awesome job!

5/29 Update - air conditioning unit died. Called at 8:30AM, there by 10:30 AM, fixed by 12:30PM. Awesome job, just needed new capacitor. system backup and working great! 911 is my plumbing company, should be your too!

8/21 Update - Replaced our broken down Master Bath Exhaust Fan with a higher capacity unit. Excellent job, much quieter and really pulls the moisture out. Great job!

Darrell & Scott with 911 were super responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I have an AirBnB in the Valley and my guest called me livid Saturday night because the property was very warm. It turned out to just be user error; but it was helpful to have these guys out to confirm my suspicion. I had needed to have them come out anyway to perform maintenance before the summer heat. 10/10 would recommend them!

Called 911 plumbing after seeing their truck in the neighborhood. Called our usual plumbing company and nothing open until next week. Our washer plugged up and lots of water on the floor so needed it fixed now. Brandon came out by noon and fixed the problem. So grateful and he was exceptionally nice and professional. My A/C stopped blowing cool air at 6:00 pm, it was 110 outside. Within one hours it was 84 inside my house. I call two providers leaving messages for after hour service needed. 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing called back within 10 minutes and they were immediately concerned. A technician was dispatched to my house and arrived by 7:30 pm. I was so relieved to get such a quick response. It did not take him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, he had the part in his truck and it was repaired and blowing cold air within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and He was so courteous and kind. I am so grateful, and absolutely relish in my cool air. New emergency service was necessary a year later. Again the response was immediate and they again were prepared to repair with the correct parts. It’s 115 outside today and my ac was back up and cooling within 2 hours. Thanks again ‼️‼️

12/21/21 Love these guys. They have helped me several times, twice when my AC went out, during hot weather. They responded so quickly and the unit was repaired within hours. They have also replaced my hot water heater, I did wait several days for that replacement, but understandably, I realized it was out on a Saturday. We ran into an unexpected root problem in our pipes during a bath remodel and were referred to 911 plumbing by a family member. Their quote was laid out in steps which was very helpful and clear. We were in a stressful situation but they made us comfortable with what was happening and made sure we understood what was going on. It was easy to schedule with them and they always showed up on time. Darrell even gave us advice while we were working with the insurance company. Darrell and Scott are pleasant to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Used 911 based on the reputation and ended up not moving forward with them. When I originally called for immediate service the representative lacked professionalism and complained about my location. The rep was great that came out to the house, however, we asked for a quote on two new AC's.... Which you would think is a great business opportunity from a customer, received the quote and it was pretty vague. I had to ask the rep what make/model they were suggesting we put in. Paid for the service call and parted ways.

Scott and Paul came out and fixed a couple toilets that were giving us problems and tuned up our AC units that seemed to be running inefficiently and were vibrating. They explained everything to us in a way that helped us be more confident in their work. They did great work and at a great price. Thanks!

Excellent service! From response time to the serviceman arriving the next day. The serviceman listened to the issue we described and took care of the issues, as well as other concerns we brought up to him when he was here.

Scott the owner is part of a lost art. People who have a strong ethical makeup and believe in customer service and building trust. He will go to all ends to do the job RIGHT and for a fair price. In an industry (HVAC) that I am used to being archaic and non-communicative, 911 was extremely efficient with their technology and communication. I knew when the Tech was going to arrive based on a text message that stated he was en route, and I was able to pay the invoice online minutes after the Tech completed the job. Great experience. So glad we had 911 come out to tune and check our A/C. Went over and above and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Tape up the A/C duct and replaced insulation foam around our hoses. No extra charges, just very thorough. Highly recommended.

Needed emergency air conditioner repair on my 82 year old father's home unit. He was feeling ill from the air conditioner going out. This company is very professional, caring with great customer service. They were able to come out the same day when others had 24 hour wait times.

Not really happy with the service I got. Called them out because I had a loud vibration coming from my furnace that gets progressivley louder as the heater runs. Technician showed up rather timely but couldn't locate the issue so he placed some rubber dampeners along the unit to soak up the vibration. $95 dollars later the heater kicks on later that night and the vibration is back and louder this time. Call them out next morning and it's decided to replace the blower wheel but the parts store is closed so the tech must come back another day but I was also informed when the tech showed up and not over the phone that there would have been an overtime service charge if he had done any work that morning. Tech leaves and on a whim I go up to look at the furnace myself while it's running and see that the noise is actually from a loose metal strap vibrating against the rafter. Fixed it myself and annoyed that I wasted the money for a pointless service call but glad I didn't waste more money on a unnecessary part.

Scott and Darrell were fantastic. We had a problem with an inspector on a project and Darrell helped me figure out exactly what we needed to do to make sure the inspector was happy. Scott was our technician and went above and beyond -- climbing up on the roof, jumping in muddy trenches, wading through a house full of construction debris. These guys are seriously awesome.

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!

Save yourself the $99 dollar inspection. I have two air conditioners, two heat pumps. Turns out when my house was inspected “everything in working order”. Except the heat pump upstairs never worked. It never could have because the control panel chip was bypassed. Well hell, I could’ve looked out my window and declared the same thing. That’ll be $99 dollars, please.
I had Robert for both jobs. They must send him when they don’t like a certain address or something. Not very friendly or a people-person. When I brought this up to the home inspector, he said “Yeah I’ve worked with Robert a few times. He’s always like that.” Okay then.
I like to think of myself as a nice person, so not too sure what I did to deserve him as my service person both times. I said he mentioned during the inspection that there was some deal. He shows up and immediately says “no, I never said that. I would never say that.” Alrighty then. Then eventually says “oh yeah there is a deal with the cleaning air conditioner where you get a pound of frion for free.”
4 stars. He spent over 7 hours at my house and it was only 400 dollars. Worked incredibly hard and I would use them again, but I’d ask for “not Robert” next time.

We used 911 for a house inspection, and we were very pleased with how thoroughly Scott examined the plumbing. He gave us peace of mind when buying our first home.

I used this company to test and evaluate the air conditioning and heating system in a home I was looking to buy. The results of the test were put on a sheet of paper we’re only numbers were used to evaluate the system, 1 meaning no concern, 2 meaning may need maintenance, 3 Meaning action should be taken. There was minimal airflow on all but 2 air ducts on the house and the answer was 2, it may need to be looked at. It was 115° while this was being done, and if the owner had this done to his house I doubt that it would’ve been a question but to have this looked at and repaired immediately. This was a waste of money as when I called back all they did to correct the issue was change the numbering from 2 to 3 with no further explanation. The seller of the house has no idea how disastrous this is in the middle of summer when he is living in Iowa, this is a horrible way to do inspections. I paid for the comprehensive inspection.

I expected this to be more like the home inspection that showed pictures of what needed to be repaired or looked at, and what the extent of what needed to be done, and perhaps even an estimate on each evaluation from their company since this is their specialty. This was a total waste of my money on this inspection

HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!
We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. THANK YOU!!!

Darell came out to inspect a water leak on a house I was purchasing. He was straightforward, honest, and forthcoming which I appreciated. Because of his work, I scheduled them to repair items on the house after purchase. Scott came out to do the plumbing repairs and was sooo nice, sooo knowledgeable, sooo careful, and did such a good job. I will use them in the future on other projects/repairs. Fantastic !!! My air conditioning went out I called several companies before I called this one. Some told me they couldn't get a tech out for a few days. 1 company didn't even show. I worked with 911 Heating & Cooling in my pre-home inspection. Scott Epps performed the inspection - this man is a gentleman, and good at what he does - I feel like I understand the air conditioning that I am getting in the new house. They get a high recommendation from me.

I called 911Heating and Cooling for an air conditioner loud noise. They called back right away and were out the next morning. Replaced a capicitor and were on their way. Each transaction I have had with them has been handled in a friendly, knowledgeable and expedient way. I definitely will be using them again.

I had shower bacing up on a Sunday. It was a mess. 911 came out and took care of it quickly and professionally and were so helpful. I will recommend to others.

One of their techs (Paul Dermid) ran fradulent schemes out of their company work van and installed wrong ac compressor into our ac unit. Owner Scott Epps won't cover cost of correct ac compressor but will cover labor costs to put part in. Filed complaint with the BBB and Registrar of contractors and am looking into taking them to small claims court. Electric bill had quadrupled since the tech installed wrong compressor back in july 2018. We had to file charges against their tech for printing out fraudulent receipt and we paid $500 cash and he took the money and ran after installing old corroded wrong compressor in our unit. Do not recommend hiring this new company

After making fresh lemonade, I tried putting lemon peels in my garbage disposal because the internet said it would make it smell nice. What it did was block my kitchen sink. So, after doing something foolish, I countered by doing something smart. I called 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Scott Epps came out promptly, fixed my clog fast, was courteous and kind. He did not call me stupid for putting lemons in my disposal. In all, I would rather not have needed a plumber, but since I did, I am glad I called 911 Heating and Plumbing and Scott Epps.

Scott performed a sewer inspection for a new house purchase. He was professional, prompt and thorough. I would not hesitate to call him for future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Excellent service from our 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing HVAC tech. He clearly explained all the details of the HVAC work being done, handled both upstairs and downstairs filters, and cleaned up the duct or hose (or whatever they are called) of our outside air conditioning unit. The refrigerant was also replaced. He had great feedback on the health and status of our 2 units. He did a consult before this, which was also very useful. And, the tech was engaging and a nice guy, which always helps! I would recommend this company. In fact, I am trying to schedule them for a water filtration system set up soon. Really good company!
