He even went above and beyond and took my recycling bin in from the street for me… little things that go a long way. Jared was also a great help throughout this whole process. He was very patient and wasn’t pushy at all, which was great. All in all I’d highly recommend Hobaica

Mario and Nacho completed the crack of installing 2 toilets in my home. Mario and Nacho were professional, efficient, super clean, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job!!!

Kyle and Jim did a wonderful job for us got us up and working in a short amount of time even though there were some problems took care of us to make sure we were up and running with our a/c.

Very disappointed, we purchased a $1700.00 Raheem marathon fiberglass hot water heater when company was Benjamin Franklin plumbing in 2013. When we purchased we paid for a 10 year parts and labor service contract. Included in this service contract they come out once a year to drain and inspect. Was real happy with company until bought out by Day and Night. Called today to set up yearly appointment and was told that I had no contract with them and they would not honor what I paid for, but if I wanted to pay for a service call they could take care of. Beware if you do business with this company as they don’t honor purchases from previous owners. Pretty sad to think that’s how they take care of loyal customers. If lady who answered phone looked at our history she would of seen that 2019 we also paid $800 for anti siphon valve to be installed. Well Day an Night I’m sorry to say you lost another customer and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how you take care of customers. Sorry but how you made me feel today your service isn’t even worth 1 star.

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

I contacted TemperaturePro and spoke to Mike. I was only available to have my air conditioning checked after 5:30pm. Mike called Enrique and he came over, aftet hours and cleaned out my air conditioning system. It was full of gunk. Enrique did a great job and did not leave until the job was complete. I appreciate his hard work. I highly recommend this company.

Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. We have lived here for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to deal with many HVAC companies and Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling are by far the best.

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

Had a great experience with the installation of our 2 new systems last week.

Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.

I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron and I can't stress enough how great he was to work with. We are so grateful for his kindness, professionalism and commitment to getting our unit working properly. He was working in 100+ degree weather and he never complained and always had a smile on his face. Thank you Lincoln AC....your employees are the real deal. Thank you Aaron for your excellent service.

Javier was not only professional, he was knowledgeable and efficient with his services and provided a thorough report of what he assessed and what our unit needed. His demeanor was attentive, personable. After working with Javier, I honestly wouldn’t want anyone else checking and repairing my AC unit. He was superb!

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

I called Comfort One to perform a routine service on my AC unit as I had not had one done the past 2 years.

Taps was prompt with his arrival, being able to fit me in between previous appointments. Once he arrived, he was quick to get to work on the unit. The whole time he was working on it he was educating me about the different test results and pieces, as well as giving me projected timelines for needed repairs and approximate costs.

Once in the attic, he identified a small issue that he was able to correct on site with no additional charge, and even gave me a quick lesson on how to care and maintain the AC unit, and what warning signs to look for.

The overall service price was in line or cheaper than most other companies I contacted, and was even the same as my home warranty payment, so it seemed a no-brainer to go with Comfort One.

Comfort One went far above my expectations, and not only recommend this local small business, but as a native of Arizona for over 10 years, I am pleased to say that I will continue using Comfort One for all of my needs.

Much like my first experience, this was a very good visit. The tech, Brandon, was polite, friendly, and professional. He said everything looked great and that is comforting to hear. I will continue to use Rising Sun Air and recommend them whenever I can.
