Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

We have been using Day & Night for 3-4 years now, and we would highly recommend them to anyone around Scottsdale/Phoenix ?. The technicians are very nice, knowledgeable, on time, respectful, and most of all thorough. Their central office is friendly/responsive/accommodating with scheduling and reminders. We had them install 2 new AC units a few years ago, and we recently started using D&N for plumbing maintenance as well. Great company, very professional. ?

King Mechanical is amazing from top to bottom. I called them on a weekend and they were able to schedule me and get a crane in line for the AC swap on Monday.

I had a 12 year old unit that broke down twice this summer and got other companies to quote me for a 3 ton unit. Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. Did I mention he lined everything up over the weekend yet still the most affordable option.

Don't pass on King Mechanical. They are passionate about being problem solvers, working with you and your needs and I can assure you I called a lot of places and his price was the best with the same labor warranty the others offered.

I had a great experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning! Our a/c unit needed replacing. Comfort One responded immediately and got us on the schedule for a new unit. I also had them add an additional vent into one of our rooms. The crew that came out to the house showed up promptly when scheduled and they were very professional. They also followed up with us to let us know we were getting a rebate. Every person I interacted with was very nice, professional, and went out of their way to give us a great experience!

Had a fuse go. They were quick to come out and replace it. Very much appreciated.
