Mark was awesome. So many people have horrible listening skills but this was not the case here. He listened to what I had to say then we began troubleshooting. In the end it turned out to be a septic issue. Mark was very thorough explained everything, gave me the info I needed to provide my contractor. I will use this company again and will specifically ask for mark. Also he answered some AC questions I had and made some very helpful suggestions. Great job!

I wish I could say that we had a good experience because everyone seemed so nice and helpful but please beware and always get a second opinion! The technician came out and was friendly, clean and did a thorough check of everything so all seemed well at this point. When time came to explain his findings he explained that almost everything on our only 5 year old system was not working properly. We were a bit confused and overwhelmed thinking we needed to spend over 5k to get our seemingly working unit up to par. After thinking it over we wanted a second opinion and called our home warranty company. Best decision we ever made! Their technician came out and said every was in working order and no repairs were necessary. Do yourself and your wallet favor get a second opinion.

I spoke with a rep at AZ Perfect, she answered the phone at the second ring, she had great attitude, and she was able to scheduled me for service right away. The day of the estimate and installation of A/C unit for my garage. Fred and his team were right on time. Even my wife called me to express her satisfaction. Our AC went out on a Wednesday. Called my warranty company to send someone out. The service provider they sent on Thursday was unable to diagnose the problem & had them schedule someone else. That company could not be out until the following Monday! The thought of spending an entire weekend with no AC and 117 degree temps was too much to bear. I called my friends at Comfort One and they were able to send someone out the next day. Jon promptly diagnosed the problem, installed the part and we were back in business. Comfort One will be the only AC/Heating company I call from now on. They are prompt, professional, honest and reasonable! We appreciate the great service!!!

I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful experience from my first contact with their office to the end. I highly recommend Parker & Sons!

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

We had a furnace/air conditioning unit replaced in our home. They arrived on time as it was a big job and we’re on task finishing on the lower side of time estimated.

Mike & Zack did a wonderful job installing a new a/c unit. They were on time and absolutely ready for the job. The rest of the crew (crane and cleanup) were on time and finished quickly. The new Trane unit works great! Quiet and efficient. We are totally pleased and would highly recommend Larson Heating and A/C.

I HIGHLY recommend ACA for any HVAC needs! The owner came out to our property to diagnose HVAC issues we had for last couple of years and was very friendly, professional, and gave lots of options to solve our issue. He had a lot technical knowledge and was able to explain his plan for system replacement (our choice). A few days later, the HVAC installers, Phil & Jesus, arrived on time and were very pleasant. They worked all day to get system installed and once complete, explained all of the details and functionality of the system. We will be using ACA in the future for everything HVAC!
