I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. AZ Perfect Comfort replaced both our units, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we had old units, so had AZ Perfect Comfort service both units. During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. AZ Perfect Comfort showed them selves to have OUR best interests at heart - how often can you say THAT about an HVAC company! Thanks to John, Robin & their crew. Great communication throughout the process and even called me back after watching the videos I'd taken of the AC issue I was having. The whole experience was great. We got the home sewer repiped and the price tag was a shocker...but it's an old house. Also, you pay for good work and this was excellent. I wish I hired them for electrical...I may need to to fix what these other people didn't do right. Haha. Thanks again!

Impressive experience today with the tech Chris who showed up to do a routine check up on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time and explained everything about what he noticed-- good and in need of work in regards to the units. Appreciated greatly the care he took in covering his shoes prior to entering our home since we have wood floors. In addition, he reset the thermostats, which have been rather confusing on one of the units due to the type installed, but he set them to meet our needs rather quickly. Very impressed.

I went through HomeAdvisor, and am so grateful I did. I talked to Gerald within 10 min of entering my information on HA. He came out the same day to look at my AC.
I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.

Eddie and Drew are AMAZING! Not only did they come to our home on a Sunday evening, but they did so within 30 minutes of calling them about our A/C unit not cooling adequately. They are professional and courteous. The issue was diagnosed and they got us cooling the same evening. My husband is a third generation HVAC professional (not a service technician) and he was impressed with this company. They will be our go to company for any future issues we may have. Chapman is awesome! Our furnace wouldn't work. My wife called another company that diagnosed our problem to be a broken heat exchanges, motor, and pressure switch. They recommended buying a new furnace. I called Power Ranch AC Repair for a second opinion late on Friday afternoon. Clarkson came over and determined that it was a failed board. He put in a temporary fix so that we could have heat thru the night and had one of his guys come first thing Saturday morning to install the replacement board. He called after the installation to ensure everything was working fine. Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend him this ac heating repair!!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
