Best Mini Split Install in Phoenix AZ

Anthony from North Valley Mechanical just serviced our air conditioner in Scottsdale. He was knowledgeable on the system and did a great job explaining everything to us. Highly recommended.

The people at 1st Choice Mechanical are awesome. Jared, Justin, Marquis, and Brandon were great to work with. I had a new AC unit installed and the guys worked until it was done, even returning after dark to install a different Thermostat. The business department assisted in financing options and Tori was exceptional with customer service. As a single woman, it's important to me to be able to trust and believe in repair people when I need them. 1st Choice Mechanical is definitely the best! 100% satisfied.

I called A&M in June of 2017 to do an inspection on the ac unit of a condo I was going to purchase. Mark came out and did the inspection on a 35 yr. old unit and said that it was on its last leg, he actually needed to change some wiring I believe, because of work done on the unit from other companies was not correct. He said the unit was a mess because of all the band-aids made on it through out the years, he requested that I think about replacing the unit because it may not get me through another summer. Long story short, it made it through and A&M installed one in June of last year and I am so grateful for Mark and Amy for their help in getting me the correct unit for my condo and for getting me a thermostat that I can control with my phone from anywhere! The job was done in a day, new unit, elbow, wiring, condensate line, and thermostat. The job was clean and they cleaned up after they were done.

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

Not too happy with ACE home services, they've cancelled my last 2 appointments. Stuart, however, has always taken care of our systems like they were his own. If you do use ACE, ask for Stuart as your technician.

I have been using Comfort One Air Conditioning since circa 2012. I will not use anyone else when it comes to heating and air conditioning needs. Every person that I have referred to Comfort One has called me to thank me for the introduction and swears they will never use another company. Taps ( the owner) and his crew are professional, reliable and could not be any more honest. I find great comfort in knowing that I never need to wonder if I am being overcharged or sold unnecessary services/parts. It is so refreshing to have an AC guy that I sincerely do trust!

They take your money but don’t fix anything. Nobody should have to go a month without air conditioning in Arizona, especially when they have paid. Either hire someone who knows what they are doing to fix the problem or admit your business is a scam.

George Brazil was awesome from my initial call through the completion of the work on my AC. My service repair person was Michelle. I immediately felt confidence and trust in her. She not only fixed my AC, but also gave me tips to help with efficiency and preventative care of my unit. Thank You!

Update 8-30-21. George was 2 hours early, Air conditioner was fixed in 15 minutes and price was way less than I expected...Awesome company. George is a great guy with great prices.

Price was a little steep, but beats having to shop for a cap for the compressor. 5 year warranty on the part, very good overall. ?

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

Gabriel was here to change my filters in my reverse osmosis and he did a great job very pleasant polite efficient he even checked my water to make sure that the water softener was working properly. Hopefully you appreciate him and it is a great asset to your company

I had appointments with plumbing and hvac and planned appointments around them and they both cancelled hours before two days wasted not the first time we have had issues with them and scheduling but when they are here they do a wonderful job

We had purchased a new house with a faulty HVAC unit. Tom was able to stop by to look at it the same day we found out we needed a new one. From the start, we were very happy with the professionalism, quality, and follow-up that we received when removing our old 30 year old unit and installing a new Goodman unit.
