We have used AZ Perfect Comfort for both cooling and heating issues. They have always been professional and repaired any problems at fair and reasonable prices. No unnecessary parts or service. They have the customer in mind.

Their customer service is terrible. I am not satisfied with whomever installed my air conditioners in my bramd new space. They act like they dont care about their customers.

Our AC went out on a Wednesday. Called my warranty company to send someone out. The service provider they sent on Thursday was unable to diagnose the problem & had them schedule someone else. That company could not be out until the following Monday! The thought of spending an entire weekend with no AC and 117 degree temps was too much to bear. I called my friends at Comfort One and they were able to send someone out the next day. Jon promptly diagnosed the problem, installed the part and we were back in business. Comfort One will be the only AC/Heating company I call from now on. They are prompt, professional, honest and reasonable! We appreciate the great service!!!

Tech was one time to our home in Phoenix. Very nice, personable and even had some funny jokes. Fixed the issue quickly and gave me some helpful tips on improving efficiency. Great team at Sun Tech!

This company is fantastic! They are polite, prompt and are great with communication from the person booking the appointment to the tech coming to your house. I have older ac and heating units and had other companies show up just to sell me on new ones, but Preferred Air has done what they can to work with what I have and they have always charged a fair price. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and fantastic HVAC company !

Higi was prompt, professional and completed our annual water filter replacement in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to address our needs during this visit. No surprise though, American Home and Air never disappoints. They've always had competent servicemen that exceed expectations.

Of course our AC went down on Saturday night when it was 115 degrees out. Mountainside was very responsive. Clair who I spoke with on the phone Sunday morning was kind and understanding and they squeezed me in just a few hours later. Found and fixed the problem as they had the part on the truck. Couldn’t have been happier.

I recently scheduled an A.C check-up for both of the units at my home through my homeowners warranty. One unit was supposed to be free and the other unit I had to pay for (which I did). The Technician came out and used my garden hose which he removed (which was fine) and failed to replace it when he finished (not fine).  When I received the invoice, it reflected only one unit being serviced and after he left, I observed only one unit worked. His complete job lasted approximately 9 minutes and afterward he failed to provide an assessment of what he found, nor provided any recommendations. Both of my units were functioning properly prior to his visit. This was just supposed to be preventative maintenance. He didn't even check the filters or even look at them.
