Lovely experience with front office, I think. I was quoted the price on the website and scheduled promptly. The tech came out dressed as a good ole boy. Never introduced his companion that wasn’t wearing the company uniform or identification. Talked about the situation and then stated he would need to clog the system in order to find out what was wrong. While he complained about a bad hip and struggled to get off of my short, not overstuffed loveseat, his partner quickly went down the hall and began to put stuff down the drain. When I asked if was planning on cleaning the clog he was making for free he said “no”. I told him not to break what wasn’t broken, he told me a price for the camera service that was over $400 more then I had been quoted. He told me the website price was just for him to show up. Bait and switch on an elderly widow.

The work man came out and inspected out air conditioner. He was prompt, professional and arrived on time. He seemed thorough in this inspection. We have no complaints.

AC shut down, late Sunday night prompting an emergency service request to George Brazil. Mike called ahead to let us know when to expect him. Even tho late and I'm sure he had a long day he was pleasant, diagnosed the issue and checked out the system over all. Mike answered every question explaing the issue in detail. He had the parts on with him. Gave us a quote with options. And at our request installed them and got us back up running. It was after 12 midnight when he was done. Professional in every respect. We've used GB for a number of years and always had good service.

George has serviced and/or performed necessary repairs on our heat pump for several years. Completely trust George!!! He truly has the customers interest at heart and does everything in his control to minimize expense to the customer without sacrificing quality of work.

I called Preferred Air around 8pm July 24th. They came out within 1.5 hours. I have used them before and was impressed with their service and office staff. My unit had a motor that was dead. We decided to buy a new one, it was time. They was more than happy to do repairs! They gave us several options and the one they recommended wasn’t even the most expensive unit. On Thursday morning they came out with two free loaner units to tide us over till the installation on Friday. Friday they came out, laid a foundation to keep my floor clean and went to work to get my new ac set up. The office called after the install to check in and they even sent someone to do the minor dry wall repair from their install. Last company made a huge hole and left us to fend for ourselves to find someone to do drywall repair. Preferred Air is the most thorough company my husband and I have worked with. They are the company to call when you really want to trust that someone will be honest and have integrity. They are about awesome customer service. Call them you won’t be disappointed.
