Best Mini Split Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

We had Garrett out through our home warranty for a a/c tune up. He did a great job and provided us with pertinent information regarding our unit. I usually don’t do memberships and such but it was definitely worth it to keep my unit running good!

When my ac went out in the middle of the night, in the middle of July, 1st Choice Mechanical was able to fit me into their schedule the very next day, even though they were already slammed with many other jobs! Everyone I talked to at 1st Choice was incredibly friendly! The technician was a true professional and was very respectful of the property! He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Ten minutes after the technician arrived, my ac was blowing cold air! It doesn't get any better than that!

Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. He is very professional and will tell you straight out that he is not trying to sell you anything you do not need.

Stephen Baker from REEis just completed the summer service for my two heat pumps. He was VERY knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything clearly, and left a paper copy of the results for each unit. He answered all of my questions, and made thoughtful suggestions that allowed me to take care of maintenance for both units (all year) for one price. Totally professional in explaining the problems I had with my old system... showed me the problem, and explained the possible solutions. I opted for a NEW A/C unit, more efficient, air purification unit, and installation in 2 days !! Dan was OUTSTANDING in every way. ACE... DO NOT LOSE THIS GUY!! Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Unfortunately the fix was too much this time so we had to replace our AC unit. Noel and Amilo worked diligently for many hours in unbearable heat! Daniel and the Preferred team did amazing detailed work replacing our AC unit with a two stage unit that is so much better than what we had. He also diagnosed leaking air ducts that immediately fixed rooms that were not getting airflow and recovered our whole attic with deep new insulation. It is like we have a different house now with the amount of work they did for a fantastic value. Highly recommend these guys.

Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C won't turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasn't a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldn't be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

Tony and Ashley installed a new furnace and A/C system for us yesterday. They were amazing !! Very hard working, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Also, cleaned up after themselves and worked late into the night to finish. Would recommend them to everyone.

I had a leak coming from my ac because the water line was plugged up. I don’t know much about fixing things so I gave Tom a call and he it fixed the problem and showed me how to do it so when it happens again, I’m prepared. Tom is very quick and efficient. Mountainside air is my HVAC company. Thank you, Tom.

I’ve had to call this company three times now to come out and fix the air conditioner. The first time it lasted 3hrs And I had to wait 5 days for them to come back out. This last time it lasted overnight called them again. We will see what they say next is wrong first was fuse then new motor.
