My A/C units were acting funny and when I ran the upstairs circulation fan I smelled something that smelled hot'. I called Hays this morning, not expecting an appointment for several days because of the Independence Day holiday. They found a slot for me and Dominique was here at 1:30. One of the units was low on Freon and the circulation fan had burned out and needed replacement. By the time he climbed into the attic the outside temperature had climbed to 108. He made no complaints, filled the Freon, had a replacement fan on his truck. he was here until after 6 this evening. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and I have every confidence in the quality of his repairs.

Henry did a great job in explaining to me what part was needed to be replaced in my unit. He was respectful, helpful, and quick.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Amigo plumbing did a wonderful job for me. Nelson showed up on time to give me an estimate and arrived on time to start the plumbing work. After my counter tops were installed, Amigo plumbing installed all of my sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen and in addition installed the garbage disposal, dishwasher and gas stove. They were never in a hurry and took their time to install everything and then took time to check for leaks and to make sure all appliances worked properly. Amigo plumbing was very neat and also did some extra caulking in the kitchen that I ask them to do. You will not be disappointed with Amigo Plumbing.

Rio and his crew were great. They installed a new AC system and they did a good job. The old system was picked up from the front lawn same day which was awesome. Our AC is working great now!

Brennan come out today , just a few hours after I called for help. The office could have sent someone sooner, but I couldn’t be home then, so they accommodated my schedule with ease.
I was not expecting such a nice, personable, respectful , exceptional young man to arrive on time, and ready to attack my clogged sinks with vigor. He clearly was very experienced, and explained everything to me , as well as patiently answered all my questions!! Next, he inspected all other plumbing that could possibly leak, or not function properly. He found issues I was not even aware of, such as my turnoff water valve to one bathroom sink was broken, and needed replacement. He even kindly gave me tips to better maintain the plumbing in my home.

Brennan took his time with everything he did, and I was quite impressed with the quality of his work, his experience, and his knowledge. He clearly valued me as a customer, and if I owned a company, I would have hired him to work for me. Additionally, I had just bought the yearly service plan, so today’s service was at no additional charge. Call Goettl, and request Brennan when you need plumbing service!!

Our experience with 1st Choice Mechanical was all around exceptional! Our AC unit went out mid-summer, just a few months after we purchased our home. I called 1st Choice Mechanical first because of how highly they were rated and despite it being a Sunday morning, they called me back within 20 minutes and were out at my house within a couple hours. They spent a lot of time trying everything they could to get our unit fixed, but ultimately we needed a new unit. They were able to get one for us quickly and got it installed for a reasonable price. Tim and Branden were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, making sure to provide frequent updates and doing what they could to keep us as cool as possible given the circumstances. All of this was just a few weeks before my daughter's first birthday, and they even sent her a birthday gift!

Today, about two months after they replaced our unit, our breaker that controls our AC unit went out (no fault of theirs, it was just old). I called and they were out at my house within about an hour and had it fixed in no time at an affordable price! This is a great family owned and operated company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mark and Brad spent many hours on the roof during one of the hottest days of the year making sure that the system was installed to the highest standards, then monitoring it for several hours to make sure it was working at peak performance. My house is nice and cool now, and they took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat so that I get the most out of my new system. I look forward to continuing to do business with them for a long time to come. Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. We have used Sun Devil Heating & Cooling multiple times and it has always been a great experience! It is easy and convenient to schedule an appointment and the technician always arrives on time and is happy to answer any questions. We had another company come twice to fix our A/C and it stopped working both times within a couple days. When Michael came out he did a thorough assessment and went above and beyond to correctly repair the issue. We can thank this company enough for always making the process so easy!

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups.
