Recently had some minor fixes made to a foundation stem wall repair on the back of our house. John and Luiz did a super job on the repair, arriving right on time as promised, and completed the job that day. They took the time to make the area look just like it did after the repair. They explained the inspection process from the city of Scottsdale and wrapped up the project nicely.

We really appreciated the professional approach the whole team at Arizona Foundation Solutions took with us.

Our only issue with the whole project was the time it took the City of Scottsdale to approve the permit, weeks stretched into several months, which was crazy. That said, through it all Arizona Foundation Solutions stayed on top of the process and let us know when things were finally ready to go. Their scheduling process was very flexible and easily worked around our availability.

I had such a great experience with them! They are so professional and very clean to work, definitely top notch. They’re always on time and when I had any questions they always answer and explained everything. And the best thing at a fair price and good quality, I would definitely hire them again… I highly highly recommend them.

I called Ram Jack of Arizona because we had several cracks in our ceiling and garage. I paid them to perform a foundation survey and provide an assessment for repair options at a very reasonable price. I worked with Brian and it was truly an invaluable experience. Brian was professional, honest, and explained everything in great detail. I learned a lot (as a first-time home buyer) throughout the process and how to protect our foundation from water damage. Luckily, our foundation is in great shape minus needing a stem patch on two areas of our home. I HIGHLY recommend Ram Jack and believe more people should have their foundations inspected before a small problem turns into a big one!

This included the driveway, pathways around the house and the backyard patio.When this concrete contractor came out, they really helped us figure out how to solve our issues.Their team was amazingly fast and professional. They got the job done faster than expected. Neighbors keep coming by to tell us how wonderful the driveway looks.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go).
