I now know why Hays has such great reviews! Frank came out today and he was awesome and the best part was he honest and the integrity spoke for itself. I had called for the system tune up and inspection. Frank made suggestions as to little things I could do that would make a big difference and I appreciate that. He mentioned that they have a yearly service plan and what it included which I will be doing. I will be recommending Hays to all my friends and family. I even learned that they have a plumbing division and can flush water heaters which will be my next call with them! So refreshing to see amazing companies with amazing personnel like Frank! Way to go Hays!

Highly recommended and very professional. They installed gas line to the stove. Originally we had electric. Eddie did a wonderful job with a little help with Nelson. Great communication and clean up after the job completed. Looking forward on the next project.

Joshua was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about air conditioning and what issues were apparent with mine. He was never pushy or even threatening that my a/c unit was gonna die soon just to “make the sale”. He earned my trust and fixed the issues at hand. I believe he went above and beyond when he showed me that he flushed out the debris in and around the unit. This is why I keep coming back to Goettl. Your guys never fail to impress. So thanks Josh! Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Aaron was knowledgeable and was willing to think outside the box. Had a number of options and scheduled the help we needed quickly. Very friendly and great to work with.

I called them because my circulation fan was not working properly on June 22nd. They said they need a special technician to come out and the soonest they can get me in is JULY 7th. So they expected me to have fan not properly functioning for 2 weeks. The office also said that diagnostics fees are waived. Thats why we went with Howard air since we didnt want to pay a 65 dollar service fee for them to just come out. What a scam.

Then it completely blows out, I call them again and they said they can come out tomorrow (Why didnt we just schedule it sooner if you can make it out tomorrow?) Well I consulted a friend and he gave me a price range to shoot for. Then Howard Air said the wheel is broken and that it will cost 668 dollars. One of my friends used to work with AC units and he said that to replace that should be 200-300 dollars.

I told the gentlemen from Howard Air we'll think about it. He said Okay but hes charging 88 dollars for a service call. My eyes popped. They made me wait 2 weeks and said no service fee yet they are charging me a service fee now when they diagnosed the problem? So is this a bait thing where they say no fee but then charge you an astronomical amount for work and then charge you a high service fee? What a scam these people are.

Shane was phenomenal. He was quick to diagnose the issue, and had it repaired properly. He was extremely professional and no B/S kind of guy. I can respect that. I give them a 10/10 and recommend anyone with HVAC issues give them a call!!!

This young man is the Best Service Person that has ever come to my house from Patrick Riley. I have not been very happy with service from these folks. in the beginning they were good and then down hill. I have been told that there is a new owner. Well if there is and this Service man is an example of what is to come than this is where to go for your needs. I am going to see where this goes. Hopefully Uphill!Oh Yes no relation - None.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!
