My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. I've had more than a couple different plumbers out to my 50 year old house over the years and Pepe Munoz is by far the best I've seen. Curtious, quick, knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does. Going a cheaper route may be an option, but if you want to know that you had stellar work done with excellent customer service I can't recommend him enough. Thank you!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

Excellent service. I was very happy with the team that came out to perform the work on my septic system. I was not on-site (rental property) but they communicated everything along the way, sent lots of pictures, helped resolved an issue on the same day, and still completed all the work they were scheduled for. I feel their price was fair for the work and the skilled technicians they have. I will absolutely use them for all my future septic systems repairs and maintenance.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
