With no extra charge. Great price. No extra fees I will highly recommend. The only drawback is time schedule. Seem to adjust it.

Matt arrived early (with a call ahead to see if I was available), assessed the issue quickly and had a repair estimate for me within 20 minutes. After I approved the repair, he was able to pick up the part and have the A/C unit in my showroom back up and running in less than 2 hours. He saved the company potential days of rescheduling and thousands of dollars in the loss of potential sales because we could not have customers in out showroom until the A/C was working again!! I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Annual inspection

This is now my second year using benefit air. I have a 12 year old unit I have had other companies come out and do basic maintenance on over the years. When benefit air came out they identified maintenance issues that have been overlooked and neglected particularly in relation to the power consumption and electrical issues. This had been mentioned to me previously once before by another company but no recommendations or service has been done by them. Benefit air took care of it and my unit has been working great since. Their staff is professional and courteous. I would recommend them to a friend.

Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. Was unsure about some wires coming out of the wall and figured I'd call someone just to be sure it got done correctly so I called Parker and Sons. Installation of the thermostat and the ac unit repair went absolutely smoothly. Will definitely use them again.

And as promised they we're on time and very professional. Ben came out to do the repair and told me up front what the cost would be and what was wrong. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
He fixed the problem which we had a leak and all the free on ran out.
He put in what he could at the time and reassured me someone would come out the next day to add the rest. He wasn't even gone a hour when George called and asked if he could come the next morning to add the rest and double check to make sure it was still working. And he arrived on time. I Highly Recommend them! Both friendly and professional. Without there work we wouldn't have any heat. It was so nice to finally have a warm house.

I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience.
